Reception is open 24/7, staffed by a friendly, multilingual team who will provide you with all the information you will need or want - sightseeing, transport, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (8:00am � 10:00am) Check-in is from 15:00 hs (3:00 p.m.). Note: If you plan to change your arrival time, please email us. It is important that we are informed of any changes to your booking. Note that the reservation system uses the 24 hour clock. Departure is at 11:00 (11:00am). If you need to stay longer in the hostel after check-out time, you can use the common areas during that day until 11:00pm (11:00pm). All Sant Jordi hostels have free luggage storage! Reservations of 10 or more people are considered group reservations and are subject to special payment and cancellation conditions. Once the reservation has been made, an email will be sent with the conditions applicable to groups. If a customer causes damage to the facilities, the full cost of the repair will be charged to them. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will only be accepted by e-mail and must be received within the deadlines indicated in each tariff (check the conditions in the details of your booking confirmation). For all late cancellations and no-shows, the deposit charged to the credit card during the booking process will not be refunded. In addition, in these cases, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically debited. No exception will be made. Flexible Rates: A 15% deposit is paid to Hostelworld during the booking process. The remaining amount will be debited automatically at 12:00am (00:00 midnight) 2 day before arrival. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After this time, reservations can be debited at any time. If the credit card is not valid, we will send a payment request valid for 12 hours to keep the reservation active. Without response within this time, the reservation will be cancelled. Please note that in case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservations will be charged. Non-refundable rates: A 15% deposit is paid to Hostelworld during the booking process. The remaining amount of the reservation is automatically debited at the time of reservation. NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED for this type of reservation, regardless of the notice period. TOURIST TAX The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation. Payment is mandatory up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors under the age of 16, stays due to force majeure or health reasons* and travelers who are members of programs subsidized by the public administration (such as IMSERSO) are exempt from paying the tourist tax. *It will be necessary to present a document accrediting the medical reason for the trip. TO PAY A cash deposit of �10.00 will be requested upon arrival for the magnetic card. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, upon return of the magnetic card. The loss of the magnetic card or its non-return will result in the confiscation of the deposit. In case of loss of the card during the stay, a new deposit will be requested to receive a new one. UNDER 18 To stay in Sant Jordi hostels, people under 18 traveling alone must present an authorization signed by their parents or legal guardians, as well as a signed photocopy of their identity documents. For the guardianship and comfort of minors and the rest of the guests, minors under the age of 16 traveling alone or accompanied by members of their immediate family cannot under any circumstances share a dormitory with the other guests, being compulsory to reserve a dormitory whole or private room. Likewise, in case of group reservations of minors, they cannot share a dormitory with the rest of the guests and must, in any case, book entire dormitories or private rooms for themselves.
