I wouldn't stay here again. The reservation was made because I read in the description "all rooms include a/c" -- this was not true. We were put in the back half of a cabin that was NOT air-conditioned and we couldn't open the window for safety/noise reasons -- it opened onto a VERY busy street. We were not given Wi-Fi info at check-in, had to ask for toilet paper, and the lock was TERRIBLE. If someone had wanted to break in, they easily could've. There was old pizza grease on the table. Who knows what else wasn't clean. By the time someone came to give us Wi-Fi info and see if we wanted a different room, we were already in bed; to repack up our stuff and switch to a different building in our pj's would've been miserable. WAY overpriced, and the room didn't even look finished. Also the $200 for "incidentals" stayed on hold against my account for three whole days. Ridiculous.

Wifi doesn’t work and when it works, it is extremely slow. Breakfast was extremely bad. Bagels were not fresh at all. Juice felt like some artificial flavor being added. Just 1 type of fruit that too when i asked them to bring it. No refilling was done unless you ask them to do it.

Great place to stay on the west side of yellowstone, Right in town, top of town, hooked up with a RV park, main building interior and exterior well maintained, young lady that checked us in was great, kind, helpful and helped us pick a great place to have Pizza, Wild West Pizza, I would recommend them, great food, great service. Back to hotel, in the morning, very great staff, could be the owner, not sure, but very contentious working hard to maintain the property. He even helped me load bags into my car!!! Above and beyond what one would expect. I would recommend the property.

Not sure what other options are there in West Yellowstone, and how they compare for the same price range, but from all the hotels we stayed at during this trip (six of them, over Montana and Wyoming), this was the least well kept. It looks like an older hotel that was partially updated. The first impression was not so good - the entry door had broken handles, the reception area small and very "busy" (full of too many crammed things), the dining area also small and crammed. The breakfast was very limited, and very "cheapy" (the first hotel ever where the small apples were cut in halfs or quarters, as well as the croissants, no warm food except boiled rice). The two young ladies at the reception and helping with the breakfast did not smile once - it looked like they really didn't want to be there. The room itself wasn't bad, though. Even though only partially updated, it was clean, with nice, new, thick towels, which is what matters the most.
