Everything went smooth which is all I really care about. Easy to find, easy to check in. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and clean. A little chilly like the other reviews said, but certainly useable. Breakfast was above average.

The hotel was well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful and Dwight did a great job keeping it well stocked. The patio was great.

My stay was amazing. Great staff, good breakfast, hotel was clean everywhere. The only downfall was the indoor pool was freezing but I can live past that. I recommend staying here.

The only complaint about our stay is the pool. My kiddoa really wanted to swim, but the pool was very unclean. Big wads of hair, cloudy water etc.

Nice clean hotel, but I was placed in the room right next to the fitness room, which is 24/7. Treadmills right up against the adjoining wall means you can expect to hear THUMP THUMP well into the evening and early in the morning. This should be where the laundry room is, not a guest room.

The property was easy to get to, simple parking process, and extremely well kept. Rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would stay at this hotel again if needed. Included hot breakfast was a great bonus.

It was great for our weekend of travel ball. The kids could swim, play basketball or hang out. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

We were very satisfied with our stay. I felt the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The daily breakfast and happy hour was delicious and offered a large variety of choices. We loved the outdoor patio and use of gas grills.

Amazing stay. Great space. Staff was polite and did their jobs well. My child enjoyed her stay as well. Only negative was the pool water was very cold.

We arrived at 1am after a snow storm with 4 young children. When we entered the room it had an overwhelming Maple smell, two of my kids are very scent sensitive and immediately stared getting itchy eyes and coughing. Half unloaded I went to talk to the night auditor who graciously gave me a key to a smaller room next door to see if it had the same irritating smell. Thankfully it did not so I took two kids and went next door and my husband stayed with the other two in the original room. What started out as a late night catastrophe morphed into a wonderful adventure for my kids. Thank you night auditor. The morning front desk lady was also wonderful when we had to call back from the road to say my older son left his bracelet in the shower and could housekeeping put it aside for us to get on our way back through in about 7 days. The gentleman working in the breakfast bar also offered me his phone to look up ingredients for my child with allergies on a food item because mine was in the room charging. So great and helpful. One drawback was the indoor pool was green, we were set for a swim but decided not to because of the Color. I put my hand in the water and it didn’t smell like chlorine. Don’t know if it was a water thing or an pool surface thing but. I asked an employee about it who was leaving the space. They said it was clean but…. I wasn’t convinced.

Staff was very nice. The hotel looks brand new and very clean. Room was great!

Room had trash and dirt on the floor, bedding not clean and toilet was not clean. Informed staff next morning and was informed the room would be cleaned when I returned. Same trash left on floor, bed and as made with the dirty linens and floor was not cleaned. Will never stay at this hotel, and will never recommend.

Really clean and nice!

The room had some wear and tear. The bathroom was dirty and had scuff marks all over the walls and door. The bed was not very comfortable. We did enjoy the outside patio and breakfast was great!

I’ll start by saying the room concept is very nice and the things inside are very nice but the cleanliness level is extremely subpar. I came in late one night so it wasn’t until the next day I noticed a large portion of the wall had splattered drink or something of the sort along it and with checking out the next day, it really meant nothing to me in the long run, but it showed the level of concern amongst the climbing staff

Staff was attentive and extremely friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The room has all the things needed, but upon checkin we found the bathroom cleaning had not been completed. The toilet seat was left up and dirty towels were hanging behind the door from previous guest. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Otherwise the rest of the property was clean and maintained.

The room needed a good cleaning, bathroom floor was real bad with dirt caked corners and behind toilet. Fingerprints on the walls.

There were roaches in the kitchen of our room.

Nice accommodations. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Stay here many times. Check in was off this time though. The person that check me in wasn't friendly or inviting..seemed like an effort to do her job. Once we were done she started telling me where to go and I was like yes I know have been here many times. Then once she found out I was a returning gues it turned into a different check in. Hopefully every new person doesn't get treated like I did! Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast (eggs, meat, waffles, cereal etc). Nothing to brag about but it made due. The only big complaint I had walls are paper thin. If you get put next to the wrong people you will be up all night. You can hear them walk, talk and their television. I did request a top floor room to ease the ceiling noise and didnt get it. With the attitude I got at check in I wasn't going to even ask.

My only complaint is regarding the thin walls and floors. We were awakened both nights at 4 am by the person above us walking (stomping) around. We could also hear people talking in the room next to us and it didn’t seem like they were talking loudly.

Staybridge Suites exceeded my expectations for comfort, amenities, and convenience. The suite was spacious and the furnishings were mostly very comfortable, especially the bed (which is probably my primary consideration). The sofa was very large and had a chaise which was especially nice for reclining while watching t.v. The chaise was not attached to the sofa, so it had a tendency to slide away from the main seating if you weren't careful shifting your weight but, again, very comfortable. Having a full kitchenette was nice, especially a full size refrigerator. The kitchen was exceptionally clean as well. The bathroom was spacious and had a set-up that would allow you to comfortably shower and dress in privacy if necessary. Ample storage and outlets including several USB outlets. My only true criticism (and a minor one) is that my bath linens were not replenished even after 3 days (with only 2 washcloths initially provided)...I had to go to the front desk and the manager on duty was able to give me washcloths immediately, which was appreciated. Housekeeping was on my floor each day and the whole hotel is obviously very diligently cleaned and maintained, so I assume this was an oversight. The complimentary breakfast was an exceptional variety of very good options...hot stuff was hot and fresh, cold stuff was cold. A cook/attendant was constantly replenishing things. Great location for travel in multiple directions, but still removed from the hubbub. Highly recommended hotel!

Booked a room for 4 ppl 2 adults and 2 kids, kids aged 12 & 16. The room had a single bed pullout sofa for my 2 kids, it could hardly accommodate my son. The queen bed was very uncomfortable and we had to make our daughter sleep with us, with that cramped space. On top of that the room above made constant rumbling noises at 11 pm onwards. We booked this place for a comfortable sleep for the night in transition. Was not the best of experiences.

We had a terrific experience with the hotel. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was awesome with the kitchen. It had a refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. The water pressure was great. Only complaint would be the mattress was not comfortable.

Nice, clean comfortable room. Tub did not drain well. Other than that, will stay there again!!!

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We wish we had booked more time there. The room came with a full kitchen a sitting area and a very comfortable bed. So clean. Absolutely amazing breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, roomy, reasonably priced and very good, free, breakfast. The man cleaning the tables did a great job. Hotel was about 10 minutes from our conference and was easy to get to. Everyone was very friendly.

My 2 adult children, age 18 & 20 were denied check-in due to their policy of needing to be 21 and older. I offered to drive myself to check in, but we were told that wasn’t necessary, we would not be charged for the room. One week later we were charged. The attendant at the desk appeared willing to work with us, but the manager was adamant that they don’t do that anymore. Very unhappy with entire experience!

I arrived in the hotel lobby at 2:51 PM following a five hour car ride. There was a girl behind the desk greeted me by holding up three fingers. When I asked her what that meant, she said "Check-in isn't until 3:00. You'll have to wait". I sat and waited the nine minutes and as I walked to check-in, promptly at 3:00, the same girl looked at the clock before coming over to help me. I guess 3:00 check-in really means 3:00 check-in!! As she took my ID to start the process the phone rang and she proceeded to help the person make a reservation over the phone. After about four minutes another woman approached the desk and I asked her if she could please take over my check in. I just wanted to get to my room. She was very kind and did so willingly. So to say that my first impression was not a good one, is an understatement. I finally made it to my room and while the accommodations were very nice, the floors were sticky. But luckily I always pack socks. I easily found a number of choices for a nice dinner. All within a very short distance. When I came back to the hotel other guests told me that from 5 to 7, the hotel offers free beer and wine and hot bar snacks. That was nice (I feel that was information to be told during check in and not hear from other guests). The hotel was very quiet, which made sleeping easy. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was grand! Vast options. Overall rating - 3 out of 5

Not near as well run as the first one I stayed at. Staff seemed confused and unable to preform all tasks. Had to wait for another to finish check in and out. Needs better management.

From beginning to end it met our every need. The breakfast hit the spot and the weekday happy hour was a nice bonus. The employees manning breakfast and happpy hour were so friendly and helpful! The maid on the 3rd floor these past 4 days was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable while helping my daughter recover from surgery before returning to campus. It was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Staff were all wonderful. Karmen at the front desk was so kind and helpful (our 2yo loved her) and the gentleman running the breakfast buffet was helpful and working hard to keep things stocked and clean.

This was my second stay at Staybridge Suites in Warrendale and I was as pleased now as I was with my first reservation. This hotel has unbeatable comfort, amenities, cleanliness, and an absolutely perfect location for traveling around the Pittsburgh and central Western PA area. Everything in the room is comfortable and functional. The convenience of a full kitchenette at this price is so appreciated. The complimentary breakfast is far beyond the industry standard with consistently hot and cold, appetizing choices...so many choices! The front desk staff are all extremely warm, professional, and willing to help in any way. It's a tremendous comfort to stay here!

We have been doing a lot of traveling over this week on vacation and had a lot of check ins. The only thing I could fault with this motel was the rude check in. Short with her words and directions on paperwork with not one please or thank you. No information on what I was singing on my form and how much for. Asked me to fill out a form and sign but couldn’t wait till I completed this before putting my card through and the machine is beeping. She says” slide your card on the side”. Get handed a room key “ here’s your room key”. Every other motel we went to said at least these things “ welcome and their name” “ there will be a room holding fee for etc etc” this is your room key and it will down to the elevator and on which floor” I didn’t get this lady’s name or the direction I was headed for my room. No information on what facilities were available to me or what time the breakfast was “. We had better treatment from 2 star old motels. This rating is purely on our check in.

The hotel was exceptionally clean in all the public spaces as well as the rooms and the staff were all lovely. The only downside was that there really wasn’t anything super close by (nothing less than 10-15 minutes away) and the road traffic was a little loud on the parking lot side. Otherwise it was great and I’d stay there again with no hesitation.

It was great! We were located right by the highway so it was very easy to go places and get back at a reasonable time frame. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to the cook! The breakfast was AMAZING!!

This unit is situated a minute from a main interstate 10 min from Pittsburgh, many restaurants within a mile, easy access really nice breakfast offered, pleasant staff, back off the main road so its quiet, suites offer all you need, micro, frig, dishwasher, comfy clean beds, will stay again.

Very beautiful clean place away from the busy part of town but not to far away from the highway.

Very conveniently located near I-79 so was able to get to downtown while still close locally to family I was visiting.

Easy check in and out. Social ran out of food before closing time
