I wish the pool was open longer. Tables at breakfast need cleaned after people but there were two groups with kids so it wasn’t bad but maybe have more staff with bigger groups. The elevator is way to loud. Fan in bathroom either not there or very very quiet and it doesn’t work well.

It was ok. Not bad not great. Hotel is very clean. Room was small with kitchen. Not a fan of bathroom. Shower would squirt water all over the floor to a point of almost slipping when gettibg out of shower. Pool was a plus because it was heated. Location was horrible because of major highway. It was very hard to cross.

We had a wonderful stay! Modern and clean hotel, large heated pool, great breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff, and an easy parking/check-in/check-out process. The staff treated me and our guests very well. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was very clean, spacious, like a small apartment with all the bells and whistles. They have a laundry room and other amenities as well. It is located minutes away from restaurants, stores, and anything else you may need.

We had a wonderful stay! Modern and clean hotel, large heated pool, great breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff, and an easy parking/check-in/check-out process. The staff treated me and our guests very well. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was very clean, spacious, like a small apartment with all the bells and whistles. They have a laundry room and other amenities as well. It is located minutes away from restaurants, stores, and anything else you may need.

Staff was great and met needs requested (Towels and wash cloths) but I have to be honest (wait before I dumb the load the breakfast was so good! I was very pleased as well as my family) the rooms were so smelly! 204 the bathroom curtain smelled like old people and we couldn’t use the units (Air & Heat) the smell that came out of it was smelling so bad we just kept everything off! Then the kitchen area smelled like idk old oil. I sat a cup of water in a Wawa cup in the fridge and child ewww it tasted nasty! Like the fridge was clear but it made stuff taste weird. I took some disinfect wipes with me And stuff was just grimy and nasty. The couch was so brown! I covered it before my kids sat! I had to! I don’t it was okay but the smell was taking me out I was just happy to come home to be able to walk around with no shoes and socks inside

The staff was very pleasant and professional. I did not like that the furniture was out dated and dirty looking to us. Also the room had a foul odor had to get some spray. I selected this location because of the breakfast and indoor pool for my grandkids. I'm on the fence if I would recommend or stay again.

Excellent hotel for a night on the road. It was clean, friendly and easily-accessible from the highway. The room had a full kitchen which is always a bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again when passing through NJ.

Everything was great except Netflix stop working starting on the 2nd night. Considering it’s an industrial area and having Netflix available is one of the main reason for me to choose this hotel. Other than this, the place is amazing. Great staff and clean rooms.

Quick and easy check-in. After I unpacked and used the shower, I noticed the water wouldn't get hot. Maintenance arrived quickly to address the matter. We switched rooms, but wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience!

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming. Check in was a breeze! The rooms are small and compact. I had to change my room after unpacking, due to the water in the shower not getting hot. Staff didn't offer anything for the inconvenience!

Great property. Used the pull out sofa which was convenient however, it wasn't that comfortable (not really a surprise there). But it was very much doable! The full kitchen was an amazing perk. Wish breakfast had more options. However, overall it was an easy and pleasant stay! Would definitely come again.

I had a Horrible experience with Rachel the manager. On Easter morning, while I was getting ready for church, she bamged very loudly on my hotel door. She was upset because her colleague who was compassionate gave my famil a extra room free to accommodate my family size. The original room was insufficient because the couch bed obstructed entry to the king size bed. Since it was late at night the desk clerk said to leave my adult son sleeping. He told my husband and I to just take another room. I asked him was he sure he said yes because no housekeepers was on duty anyway and the room would not be rented again. We shook hands on it. Rachel behaved like someone from the gutter. Totally unprofessional. She had a private office. She could have spoke with us there respectfully. She doesn't belong in a management position.

The man at the front desk was extremely friendly. I work in customer service and he was professional, very friendly, very informative and was prompt checking me in and out. I would stay here again for the freindly staff alone! The hotel itself was very clean.

It was ok. Not bad not great. Hotel is very clean. Room was small with kitchen. Not a fan of bathroom. Shower would squirt water all over the floor to a point of almost slipping when gettibg out of shower. Pool was a plus because it was heated. Location was horrible because of major highway. It was very hard to cross.

We had a wonderful stay! Modern and clean hotel, large heated pool, great breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff, and an easy parking/check-in/check-out process. The staff treated me and our guests very well. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was very clean, spacious, like a small apartment with all the bells and whistles. They have a laundry room and other amenities as well. It is located minutes away from restaurants, stores, and anything else you may need.

Excellent hotel for a night on the road. It was clean, friendly and easily-accessible from the highway. The room had a full kitchen which is always a bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again when passing through NJ.

My family and I stayed at the town place suites back in November for about 2 to 3 weeks while the house was getting renovated. We went back for a stay vacation August 7 through August 9 of this year. Basically, the only complaint that I have is the breakfast, it’s not good. I’m sorry if you compare it to the Hampton Inn East Windsor change difference. The eggs are hydrated eggs, the meat are always either super oily or super dry. Just not that many options no danishes, no donuts, etc..

The property was great, beautiful rooms, quiet, nice bathroom the only thing we did not care for is the breakfast they offered, it was terrible. Not sure if all the rooms have full kitchens like ours did but if they do I recommend you bring your own food. Also there isn’t a restaurant on the premises we droves 20 mins to a bar and grill called Bakers that was pretty good. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and clean. Pool was not open. Breakfast was ok not much choices, my Tv was not working I called the front desk they said they would have someone in the morning come check it out but no one came.

Great property. Used the pull out sofa which was convenient however, it wasn't that comfortable (not really a surprise there). But it was very much doable! The full kitchen was an amazing perk. Wish breakfast had more options. However, overall it was an easy and pleasant stay! Would definitely come again.

Booked a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds on hotels.com. but when I arrived I was put in a 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a pull put couch. It was raining and late and we had 2 very tired kids to deal with.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was there was a little funky smell when I walked into the lobby. I think it may be because the eating room is right in the front by the lobby. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant and I felt safe.

The walls are thin. I could clearly hear the person snoring in the room next door. Bring a fan or noise machine with you. The breakfast was not replenished adequately so arrive early for breakfast. I still have not been refunded the incidentals hold charge ($20) and I used no incidentals.

Everything was was clean and tidy as you would expect, the staff were always very helpful and accommodating, our room was pretty good for layout and overall decor, the bed was comfortable, use of on site washing machines and tumble dryers was good at $1.50 for a cycle with $10 rolls of quarters available at the reception, I couldn't complain at anything really, especially not for the price we paid.
