Park Inn by Radisson Edmonton Airport

Having happily stayed at this hotel before I was quite surprised at the issues I had last night/ this morning. I had a last minute change of plans that required me to stay near Edmonton with no supplies at all. This morning I went to shower. The shampoo was empty. Not just kind of empty but not even half a pump in it. Then when I got out of the shower. There was no hair dryer in the room. Lovely. Called the front desk and he said he had one at the desk I’m welcome to go grab it. Ahh. Why not offer to bring it to the room at 5am. Then I wanted to check out the sunrise as I pointed east and the curtain fell off the wall.

Pros -Room was clean and beds are very comfortable. Cons- breakfast was not great. Dry burnt sausage links and eggs. Quality was disappointing. Shuttle didnt show up. Called hotel when i arrived and was told to wait outside door 10. Waited 40 minutes and then called an Uber.

Service was good. The front desk helped us right away, and he asked if we needed a shuttle going to the airport. The hand sink in the washroom does not have a stopper on the drain, which is not safe in case a ring falls off. There was a lot of dust on the air conditioner. We tried to open the window, but the window knob was broken. There was a blackish-brownish spot on the blanket, so it did not look very clean. We were in Room 207

Everything was great except the bed was a bit too soft for me. Have stayed here previously and would stay again.

There were no facecloths, no hand soap, no tea towels, no dish clothes, not enough plates or even utensils. No tv in the room.
