Wyndham Garden Edmonton Airport

Room not very clean. Elevator broken. Ice machine on our floor broken. Bartenders are not capable of making proper drinks. Staff less then helpfull. Parking spots small. Budget hotel at best with Hilton prices.

Good breakfast, staff was helpful and they let ne check out later.

Breakfast was decent, but the evening/night shift staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. My son wasn’t feeling well and ended up vomiting on the bed, so I called and requested fresh blankets and bedsheets. The staff member I spoke with didn’t seem to understand the difference between a blanket and a thin bedsheet, and kept repeating that there was one in the closet, which was not enough to keep us warm. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, he neither listened properly nor tried to understand. I eventually hung up out of frustration, but no one ever called back or checked in afterward. Very unprofessional and lacking basic care or empathy, especially in a situation involving a sick child.

We had a great stay overall. The staff were very professional and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and breakfast was good. The convenience of the airport shuttle getting to and from the airport made the trip even easier. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish.
