Montecristo Inn

The property is advertising a free shuttle, breakfast included and WiFi. However, there was no shuttle, there was no breakfast available. Moreover, the entire property was vacant and the caretaker - the so-called manager - came after guests arrived at the property with their own paid taxi. The taxi driver called the owner and the manager to find out where are they????? This property MUST be removed from Expedia immediately. WE WOULD LIKE THE MONEY REFUNDED. THE PLACE IS NOT WORTH AT ALL.

Close to the airport, clean, and extremely helpful staff!

property had no amenities like getting something to eat or drink. No phone in the room to request service. Sheets were substandard. seems not clean, bugs or nits bit me all night

The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The room was spacious and nicely furnished except for the sofa which had a tear on one arm. The advertised free breakfast was not provided perhaps not surprising as I was the only guest there. The manager was very helpful in setting up a sightseeing tour for me.
