Clean rooms Comfy beds Staff and Management are really nice. Amit the manager is great! The only thing that would make our stay better is having a microwave in the room.

Cheapest price in the area. Lots of “wanderers”around the building but it’s Brockton so it’s to be expected. Coffee in the mornings for a short time if you’re up early enough. Microwave in the lobby. Staff were great and accommodating.

Parking was easy no security. No laundry service as we were only there for two nights. The room was clean the linen was clean the toiletries were clean

Was not given information on ice and vend machine-turned out ice machine was broken and need to go hotel next door. Very limited selection in vend machine. Room rather dingy especially bathroom. Could not close plug to give child bath. Water was not hot. Only toiletries provided was soap. Bed itself comfortable but only two small pillows on each bed. Only chair was office type. No coffee pot, iron, information on area all the little stuff. Guess the money was spent on the six large rat bait stations I counted. Yucky when you realize the bottom of the door has a good inch clearance. Not the hotel’s fault, but the room next-door had people who sounded drunk, laughing and yelling until one when I banged on the wall after waking our child and keeping us awake. It settled it down, but they were still rowdy until about five in the morning, reported to the office in the morning

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and found the experience mediocre. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t fully cleaned—dust and dirt on the floor and an unclean bathtub. I bought cleaning supplies to handle it myself. The hotel advertises daily housekeeping, but I only saw staff twice during my stay, and I often had to track them down or leave trash outside the door for collection. The amenities were misleading; the hotel claimed to have onsite laundry, but it didn’t, which was disappointing as it was a key feature I needed. On the plus side, the room was spacious, with a king-size bed, TV, desk, Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge. However, I found a live roach in the fridge toward the end of my stay, which was unsettling. There’s no breakfast, but complimentary coffee is available in the mornings. The location is convenient, next to a mall, but the quality of the stay didn’t match expectations. While it wasn’t my worst hotel experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for better service and cleanliness.

Their elevator didn’t work, my fiancé is a paraplegic so he can’t walk. If the elevator is broken how is he supposed to get to our room on the second floor. The hotel just kicked us out and told us to find another place to stay. The hotel didn’t have any handicap rooms available on the first floor. So, basically we’re homeless when we booked for a week

Hotel room was infested with cockroaches. Strong odor of cigarette and chemical products in the hallway on the 2nd floor. We did not feel safe. Stay away

The bathroom was disgusting. The shower ceiling was completely waterlogged and mushy and bulged. The bathtub handle, literally fell off in my hand and dropped on my foot. The ceiling and walls and grout look like they were painted over badly many times to disguise leaks. The shower head leaked and spurted. There was brown crust around the sink handle. The entire motel stank badly of cigarettes. There were three electric air freshener units along the ground floor hallway. They did nothing to help. My room was technically a no smoking room, but it smelled anyhow: how do you have a non-smoking room on a smoking hall? The floors in the hallways were disgusting. The hall carpet was tattered in some places and brown spill stains were everywhere. There were bags of garbage outside people’s rooms all over the hallway, and it was pretty clear no one had vacuumed the hall in a long time. A combination of cars in the parking lot loudly revving, people, screaming, laughing, and talking in the parking lot, halls and adjacent rooms kept me awake all night.The card reader on the door lock was faulty. During a two day stay I had to have my key re-set four times just so I could get in. The parking lot was full of people hanging around at all hours wandering around and smoking weed. This morning, when I walked through the lobby, there was a homeless guy standing inside with a shopping cart full of junk and trash on the floor.. It is impossible to overstate how disgusting this place is.

The hotel was disgusting and vile. Literally the worst place ever. I checked in and knew when we got to our room and they were mopping floor with a wrapped towel around a broom. The smell was nauseated and the people looked like they were in a homeless shelter. Pictures very deceiving.

This is the worst hotel ever. Rock bottom terrible. Dirty, unsafe, malodorous, truly bad. Should be called Motel 5 or even 1. Between the roaches, urine on toilet seat, reeking shower curtain, broken shower, sticky floors, stained linens, blood on pillowcase, choking cigarette smoke, zombies in hallways, it was like an asylum.

Blood was on the sheet under the cover . Bathroom mirror was broke . It was a mess housekeeping didn’t wash the sink or the ice buskers in a very. Long time

The original room we booked apparently had bed bugs. Then the first keys to the first room given to us was ocupopied the second room had roaches

From the start of my stay with Motel 6 I was met with cockroaches. There were pubic hairs in the shower of my room and a neighboring room. There was mold above the shower as well. One of the beds had very questionable stains on the sheets and the noise from other rooms was awful. I highly suggest not waiting until the last minute to book your stay in the area less you be left with this hotel has your only option.

Motel was dirty and stunk. Room had flooring that was torn apart, patches all over the walls. Hair in the sheets of the bed, stains in the shower and on the toilet. Do not go here

Very dirty, everything was dirty, stained sheets and blankets, smelly room, bathtub stained, hole in the wall.

People are talking so loud at night and the third floor drop stuff you can hear it very loud

Bed was comfortable and shower was hot but property was very outdated looking and a/c unit was noisy and old. The walls were thin as I could clearly hear other tenants arguing and screaming kids early in the am. Not the best hotel experience.

There seemed to be a few sex workers hanging out in the parking lot. Room was EXTREMELY sparse. Pillows were like rocks and me and my friend both woke up with our necks killing us. No vending machines.

The outside is well kept and clean. As you enter its sparse which is fine. Microwave in the lobby and a table for a coffee station. Bathrooms in main area were not accessible which is not ok given most oatron will have to go on arrival. The rooms are numbered weird...our room was no where near the normal numbering..ie 248 was not across the hall from 249 but might be beside 258 Rooms were sparse all fine...floors were visibly uneven under the "new" flooring Bathroom had a dirty wash cloth hamging iver the shower curtian rod. No hair dryer...no shampoo etc. Our keys stopped working on 2nd day as we were returning at 130 am... Noisy from room to room and in hallway

My stay was better than expected based on the online reviews. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I could tell the bathroom had been partially updated, but the tub / shower were in bad shape. The tub looked like it either was not clean or had so much ground in dirt that it would not come clean. They have veneer floors that look like hardwood, which I'm sure is more sanitary since this is a pet friendly hotel. The only challenge with these floors is I was on the second floor and there was a room above me with small kids in it so anytime anyone walked or moved in their bed it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The walls seem like they are soundproof but the floor/ceiling definitely is not. Also there are two trash cans at the front entrance and they both were overflowing such that things were spilling out of them. This is not a welcoming sight when you arrive. All in all though this was not a bad stay and I would stay here again because of the price.

The bathroom door did not have a latch, you could not secure the door when you closed it or lock it. The room smelled like smoke. The door to the hallway was an improper fit allowing a lot of light and sound with in the room. The mini fridge in the corner was extremely noisy throughout the night.

Terrible condition of the room. Extremely noisy. I can literally hear the next room. Moreover the next room guests were fighting, literally fighting with each other, cursing, shouting at each other the whole night. Couldn’t sleep at all. Felt extremely unsafe. I can’t believe I paid 160$ for this.

It was fine. We're not precious about the state of the room so it was okay but don't expect anything grand. The only room they had available was an accessible room so all we had was a handheld shower head with no way to attach it to the shower wall all weekend, so that was terrible. Overall, though, it was fine if you don't want to spend the astronomical money to stay in Boston.

It needs a bit of help. Bathroom leaked, tub slippery, room bare bones - no place to sit. It was ok for our needs just needed a place to crash after concert at Xfinity.

Yesterday I had a situation in this hotel. So the reception staff is terribly rude, is in an abnormal condition, 100%. He could not even stand on his feet normally. He did not understand at all what he was doing. He could not write my name in English for half an hour.. all the people who were there also all had problems with this Malik. We booked a room through Expedia and upon arrival there He asked us for payment again and said that it was all Expedia’s problem, that payment for our room had not gone through. What was for sure lie.. In general, I will never recommend this hotel to you! Just run away from this hotel!!! The staff is terrible!!! The territory too, there are a lot of homeless people around!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Staff very helpful and friendly

They cancelled my reservation without informing me so after traveling from another state to get to the hotel to find out that they cancelled it after I called them to let them know I would late they said it was fine . Man at the desk was very rude and not helpful at all

This Motel 6 was such a good experience after the last one we stayed in! Clean. Friendly. Mandeep was so nice and helpful! Nice area. Rooms were clean. Bed’s comfortable.

I would give this property less than a 1 star if I could. For starters, I reserved 2 rooms using 1 credit card back in March for our stay in August. We arrived to the hotel at 3:30pm and the smell of the lobby was terrible. We go to check in and I was informed that because we hadn’t checked in by 3pm they attempted to process my card for the rooms and it declined, so they cancelled my room and gave it to someone else. Meanwhile, the 2nd room (for my sister in law, who the worker did not connect the dots that we were together) was processed using the very card the worker claimed was “declined.” After pointing out to him that room was charged to the same card he claimed was declined, he changed his story very quick and told me Expedia must have made a glitch and I only reserved one room. My sister in law and I opted to just share a room and save the headache. We went to our room to find the door closed, but not latched. We pushed the door open and the sight was beyond disgusting. Dirty linens piled all over the room, garbage stashed in the corners, an atrocious smell, and stains everywhere. We immediately returned to the front desk and demanded a refund. Come to find out, we were in town during a Morgan Wallen concert and the hotel overbooked, and instead of just owning it, they placed blame on my card “declining” so they were forced to just cancel 1 of my 2 rooms. This place is disgusting and the staff is terrible. Do NOT stay here!!

No one was at the front desk; you would wait a few mins before someone comes out. The place was not clean enough but I pay for what I get. But never again. I didn't feel comfortable staying there. There is more but I will choose not to say and move on. Thanks

Had a misunderstanding with a noise coming from another room. I left a review about how bad it was and the next day Atim @ the hotel desk, was very helpful with my issue. I would stay here again just because he was very nice about it and really wanted to help. Wish I could remove it but my only option was to update.

People hanging outside smoking and drinking. Location isnt bad at all. Have a little outlet mall and plenty of restaurants around as well as grocery store. Quick jump onto the freeway.

Luckily my friend and I only checked in, got ready & left for a concert and came back super late to sleep and leave the next morning. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy. The hotel smelled like a mixture of food, smoke, weed and mold mixed with a spritz of fabreeze. Our bathroom was moldy and missing parts for both drains, plus the door was a pain to close. All of my belongings stunk like smoke upon leaving (we didn’t have a smoking room). Gross. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner!

Close to stadium. Air-conditioning broken unfortunately. Bed was comfy. Great shower. Too many transients lived here but Police there frequently patrolling so we felt safe. Close to shopping and IHOP!

The staff was very friendly The area that I was in on the first floor was very quiet The woman was clean it's convenient to the bus line You're right there at the mall there's plenty of places to eat shop I have a dog and it is plenty of space outside to be able to walk him around overall it was a very pleasant day

It was simple but clean, the beds were comfortable. Very well situated (mall, market, restaurants, etc.). There were many signs in regards to stolen property, but we had a good experience!

Only had coffee available for any sort of breakfast. They did have a microwave in the entryway. Dirty soap was in the shower. Only one towel in the room for 2 people. Door was wide open when we got to our room. No toiletries (shampoo, etc).
