This hostel has everything we needed from clean facilities, warm heating, electric kettle, cooking amenities to stove and even a breakfast option in the morning! Parking is a bit small but available and we had a wonderful comfortable sleep in. I would highly recommend going to this hostel and the garden wall on the stairs up is a nice touch, makes you feel as if you're in nature.

It was clean and cozy and the manager and helper were kind and friendly and helpful. I actually liked it better than the big fancy hotel our Antarctica group had booked. It is just more relaxed and homey!

I have been travelling around South America for around 5 weeks and this is by far my most favourite place of the entire trip. The hosts were both really lovely and clearly wanted you to enjoy your stay here. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the internet was great. The breakfast was a wonderful start to my morning and something I really appreciated. There was a supermarket across the way if you needed to pick anything up and lots of places to eat within walking distance. I actually left something behind when checking out and did not realise until around 8 hours later, I messaged the host and still had my item, I was not due back until a few weeks later and the host kept my item ready for me to reclaim. I have my item back and couldn't be happier! I would recommend to stay here! If I ever come back this is the only place I will be staying.

Zunächst zu den positiven Punkten: die Lage ist super zentral und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider ist das ganze Haus so hellhörig dass es nahezu unmöglich ist zu schlafen. Man kann jedes Wort auf der ganzen Etage von allen Gästen hören und wenn in der Etage über einem jemand durchs Zimmer geht ist es gleichzeitig unbeschreiblich laut und man hat das Gefühl, das Haus stürzt ein. Leider gab es diverse rücksichtslose Menschen, die nachts Lärm machten und nebenan wohnt ein Hund der Tag und Nacht ständig bellt. Wir haben die zwei Nächte kein Auge zu gemacht und sind echt einiges gewohnt. Super schade! Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig.

This place is a simple place, but behind the front gate, people thrive to give you the best of services. The facility is super clean, comfortable beds and we did not hear other rooms. What a great place to stay! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. We were talking about getting a reservation for dinner and right away they called and made it for us. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty and rooms were roomy. Remember you are in the city so there is some noise but we wore earplugs and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by the name this place is more like a BnB than a hostel. Private rooms and bathrooms. Beds are cozy and rooms are warm when it’s cold out). Water pressure is great. Staff is super friendly and all English speaking. Location is right in town near sites and bus depots. Guests will get a hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

The staff here were all absolutely amazing. They were helpful with taxis, provided a box lunch when we were going on an excursion and going to miss breakfast, and we felt so welcome the entire time. 10/10, would stay here again!

We had a great experience here. We were only staying for one night but it was a pleasure. It’s a family owned business and they treat you like family. We had a very complicated shuttle to organize in our next city we were travelling to and couldn’t seem to find anyone to pick us up from the airport. The hotel owners went out of their way to call contacts they knew there and they arranged everything for us and it worked out perfectly. They are the kind of people you feel lucky to meet while travelling and I would stay there anytime I am in punta arenas!

This hotel charged me twice — once when I arrived, and then again using the card I had on file. After that, they completely stopped responding. No messages, no help, no refund. I’m still out double the money, and they don’t seem to care at all. Their behaviour is shady, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. Until they fix this mess and start treating guests honestly, they have no business being on Expedia. Avoid this place.

Zunächst zu den positiven Punkten: die Lage ist super zentral und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider ist das ganze Haus so hellhörig dass es nahezu unmöglich ist zu schlafen. Man kann jedes Wort auf der ganzen Etage von allen Gästen hören und wenn in der Etage über einem jemand durchs Zimmer geht ist es gleichzeitig unbeschreiblich laut und man hat das Gefühl, das Haus stürzt ein. Leider gab es diverse rücksichtslose Menschen, die nachts Lärm machten und nebenan wohnt ein Hund der Tag und Nacht ständig bellt. Wir haben die zwei Nächte kein Auge zu gemacht und sind echt einiges gewohnt. Super schade! Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig.

Don’t be fooled by the name this place is more like a BnB than a hostel. Private rooms and bathrooms. Beds are cozy and rooms are warm when it’s cold out). Water pressure is great. What a great place to stay! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. We were talking about getting a reservation for dinner and right away they called and made it for us. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty and rooms were roomy. Remember you are in the city so there is some noise but we wore earplugs and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners decided to upgrade me simply because a better room was available. This is what I call "class" and understanding how you run a business successfully. The hotel has a limited number of well maintained rooms. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, Everything clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and staff/owners available to help with advice (tours, sightseeing) at all times. Centrally located and close to all attractions in the center of the city (cathedral, Costanera, restaurants, bus station...). I highly recommend it.

The Staff was great. The breakfast was very good. This was the first time I have been in a Hostal and I was happy with it. The first room we stayed was small but the second room was much bigger and nice. It was on the third floor and there is no elevator but the Staff was very kind to help us with the luggage. The location was very convenient, walking distance to the Bus Station.
