Holiday Inn & Suites Kalamazoo West

The first day we had to change rooms. It appears the linen had not been changed. We stayed for six days. They cleaned the room two days. We asked each day. We had to ask for clean towels most days. When we left the floor needed to be vacuum.

The staff was amazing, the room was decent. There was signs of water damage and rust in the shower. And unfortunately for me I was under a family who spent the entire night rolling and playing around but it’s a great hotel and every time I come to Kalamazoo I stay here

For $100/night, we received friendly service, a clean room and a very comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

My only negative comment would be to clean the bathroom fan which was very dirty and dust the top of the bed frame. Everything else about the room and service was excellent.

Everything was fabulous when in the area again we will stay here again
