We love this hotel for a short winter stay. Staff are very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Lovely views from all the rooms on the front. Super comfy beds and quiet and relaxing. The all inclusive package is more food available at all times than anyone could eat. Unfortunately in winter the pools are too cold to swim in which is a shame. The back massage at the spa was super, we will be back.

Overall good hotel - good breakfast selection and when you could get in the a la carte options were very good. Was really hard to get a booking in the a la carte restaurants - we could not get into the greek during our 7 nights at all. The booking system is not easy to use and best to go to guest creations to book. Staff generally friendly and helpful - could do with the bar staff being able to check who was next in line - a lot of rude people pushing in which was annoying. Sunbed reservation for premium rooms worked well for us - but not everyone was clear on the system so potential for a few confrontations. Loud music from next door hotel until 11pm most nights.

The good: modern hotel right on the water with access to the sea. Lovely rooms. The staff are SO helpful and kind. Plenty of vegetarian options in the buffet. Good spa on site for massages and manicures. Great location, walkable along the sea path to Paphos port. The less good: when we stayed (June 2025) the hotel was 98% Brits. It has a very ‘package holiday’ feel. Every sunbed is reserved with towels before breakfast. Thank god we rented a car so we could escape to other parts of Cyprus for day trips. This hotel wasn’t cheap when booking the all inclusive package, and we didn’t feel like we got good value for money. If you want aqua-aerobics in the pool and never having to leave the hotel because there are 5 restaurants on site, this is the place. I can see why it’s popular with older travellers. If you want something quiet, boutique and luxurious, this is not the place.

Had a lovely weeks stay here in early April. Received an upgrade to sea view on arrival which was a nice touch. Room was nicely decorated and had good storage options. Stayed all inclusive and the food always had a good choice - we found lunch to be better than dinner personally. The choice of drinks on the all inclusive menu was the largest I've ever seen. Cocktails are made fresh on order, rather than premade which is always nicer. There is hydration stations dotted about the hotel for refilling water bottles which head handy. The spa pool was a relaxing space when the weather wasnt great. The spa staff are good at ensuring a calm atmosphere is maintained by all guests. Didn't use the outdoor pool during our time but it looked well maintained. Lots of loungers available around the pool and out next to the sea/ promenade. The location is great. Shops and restaurants just at front of hotel and the main town is around a 30 mins walk along the promenade. The surrounding area is all large 4/5 star hotels and it felt very safe being out and about. There was only a few small things which we found which could be improved upon - the seating in the lobby bar was mostly set up for groups rather than couples. The app with details about hotel was inaccurate (gym, meal timings). In the spa, jacuzzi cleaning took place in the middle of the day meaning guests couldn't use it. Overall a great stay and we would definitely revisit.

Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean, food was well presented and wide variety of choices. Swim up room was lovely apart from leaking shower cubicle with no hot water at night, reported to staff who acted immediately. Due to size of complex hotel was extremely busy, also at night noise of music pounding until midnight therefore if you were looking for a quiet hotel this may not be suitable possibly for everyone,. Perfect location for the airport. Overall enjoyable stay and would return again if in another swim up room as it was in a nice quiet position of the hotel

Superb hotel. The grounds are extensive, lots to discover. Other hotels have a pool, and that's it. Lots of grassy areas, highly attentive all-inclusive beach bar crew. Several pools and outdoor jacuzzi, The food is particularly high quality.

I stayed at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach & Spa and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is modern, clean, and located right by the beach. I especially liked the friendly staff, the beautiful facilities, and the good food. If I come back to this country for vacation, I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel as an adults-only premium resort, but it fell short in many ways. The most frustrating issue was children openly using the pool. Guest Relations first ignored the concern, then denied it, even though everyone around the pool was talking about it. A pool staff member admitted there had been countless complaints but nothing could be done because the children were related to someone high up in the business. Cleanliness was another disappointment. One of our towels had a brown stain, we found mould in the bathroom, and wallpaper was peeling off. To make matters worse, during the day the hotel decided to sand and re-varnish the reception floors, filling the lobby with dust. Why this wasn’t done in low season is baffling. The wristband system created a clear class divide. As blue band guests (standard rooms), we felt second-class. The alcohol available to us gave both me and my partner severe heartburn almost daily, and drinks varied in taste depending on where you ordered. A purple band for “premium” alcohol cost 30 euros per person, which seemed outrageous, especially since silver/premium guests already had this included. The sunbed system added to the unfairness, with premium guests able to pre-book the best spots, managed by pool staff in what felt like a mafia-style arrangement. Positives: the food was very good and à la carte staff were excellent, though most other staff seemed disengaged. Overall, this hotel is poorly managed, misleadingly marketed,

Great resort with attentive staff. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We received the VIP upgrade however the room was not clean. There was trace of hair on the sofa, under the bedsheet and the shower isn’t the cleanest. Regardless overall , we had a blast.

Coming in, staff did not greet us upon arrival at desk. Took 1-2 minutes before they looked up at us to say welcome (there was no one in line). Staff overall was friendly but no one knew much of anything. Unable to answer questions about dining, spa, surrounding area, etc. Someone broke glass outside my swim up room pool deck and the glass stayed there broken for 2 full days. The room was decent but the decorative pillows and blanket on top of the sheets was old and stained. It looked dirty. The shower doors do not close in the bathroom and the sink does not drain. The worst thing was the lack of communication about the dining options. We paid for 2 days of all inclusive, but were later told we could not eat at the restaurants and could only eat at the buffet (which was highly disappointing food) due to not booking 3 days. Many of the drinks we also wanted to have were not included in our package. It is not ethical to advertise something as all inclusive when it is not in reality. The resort itself is nice and the beach was lovely. 3/5 stars

Our stay at the hotel was okay overall, but there were several disappointing aspects. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of options to choose from. The spa treatments were also enjoyable, but the spa area itself was a letdown. It was extremely cold, the floors were wet and dirty, and used towels were left on sunbeds without being cleared. The sauna and steam room were very small, and the steam room’s benches were so cold they were uncomfortable to sit on. The most frustrating part of our stay was the treatment by hotel security and reception staff. We felt harassed at the entrance, constantly being followed by security. Additionally, the reception staff were gossiping, assuming we wouldn’t understand them—completely unacceptable behavior. When we raised these concerns with the manager, we received an apology and a bottle of Prosecco as a goodwill gesture. However, this was later taken away by the cleaning staff, despite being more than half full. In the end, our experience wasn’t terrible because we spent most of our time outside the hotel, but these issues definitely left a negative impression.

Lovely room. Outdated aircon, didnt regulate that well. Bed was horrendously hard and pillow was nonexistent, that soft no point having a pillow. Maid decided to bang the door continuously and hard at 6.30pm whilst I was laying in the bath, to give me towels for the room, that should have been done during the day and 10 minutes, done it again and was like oops I have already done this room - was very annoyed. Food at the hotel for all inclusive was good and plenty of choice - would suggest they look to do themed nights, as dinner especially, started to become very samey. Facilities in and around the hotel was good. Location was good. Value for money, you could argue, however, when you think whats included, I would say it is very good.
Lovely room. Outdated aircon, didnt regulate that well. Bed was horrendously hard and pillow was nonexistent, that soft no point having a pillow. Maid decided to bang the door continuously and hard at 6.30pm whilst I was laying in the bath, to give me towels for the room, that should have been done during the day and 10 minutes, done it again and was like oops I have already done this room - was very annoyed. Food at the hotel for all inclusive was good and plenty of choice - would suggest they look to do themed nights, as dinner especially, started to become very samey. I liked that despite the crowds of tourists everything went smoothly. I didn't like that the actual condition of the hotel was worse than it looks in the photos, that the food was of average quality and the plates were presented like in a canteen (glasses, plates oh my god), that everything related to the All Inclusive offer was of poor quality and you didn't get enough for the price you paid. The rooms were small and poorly renovated, cheaply furnished, the air conditioning was loud and didn't cool well .....

We were upgraded and had a glorious view from both rooms in the suite. However, this is supposed to be an adults only resort but our room faced the sister hotel and even from the 6th floor we heard screaming children until 10:30pm at night. Just dreadful and sad really. The suite was spacious, had a nice espresso maker, fruit upon arrival, good bed, linens OK. Maria at the pool area was a gem and offered wonderful service. The pool was huge and never overcrowded. The beach is tiny but there are loungers and it's quiet over there. Unfortunately, we were not thrilled with this resort having been to many in the past. The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat. So it was back to the buffet which was not great quality and it sorely lacked any seafood at all. There was one type of fish fillet they served a few times. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant once. Nice service by the staff. All the bars seemed unwilling or unable to make any kind of frozen cocktails/smoothie of any kind, alcohol or virgin. When we said we didn't drink alcohol they basically replied, you can have 7Up or Coke, those types of things. Also, the juices are not fresh nor pure. Such a shame. Never been to a resort that didn't have crushed ice. I think for a basic packaged holiday it is OK.

We stay in one of the free standing huts with a pool and it was amazing room 008 to be exact! Amazing location to the pool and the beach, which was stunning and so peaceful, with easy access to the bars and restaurants! The location of the resort was perfect with enough right outside the main entrance to eat and shop at with a quick taxi or bus wide to downtown Pafos! The Old market in old Pafos is worth the trip as well! Highly recommend staying here if you looking for a relaxing and adult only holiday!

Lovely room although very noisy, late at night, when hotel next door were clearing their bottles. Staff were excellent, could not do enough for you. Entertainment was ok although to my taste. Plenty of sunbeds available. Food options were very good.

Had a lovely weeks stay here in early April. Received an upgrade to sea view on arrival which was a nice touch. Room was nicely decorated and had good storage options. Stayed all inclusive and the food always had a good choice - we found lunch to be better than dinner personally. The choice of drinks on the all inclusive menu was the largest I've ever seen. Cocktails are made fresh on order, rather than premade which is always nicer. There is hydration stations dotted about the hotel for refilling water bottles which head handy. The spa pool was a relaxing space when the weather wasnt great. The spa staff are good at ensuring a calm atmosphere is maintained by all guests. Didn't use the outdoor pool during our time but it looked well maintained. Lots of loungers available around the pool and out next to the sea/ promenade. The location is great. Shops and restaurants just at front of hotel and the main town is around a 30 mins walk along the promenade. The surrounding area is all large 4/5 star hotels and it felt very safe being out and about. There was only a few small things which we found which could be improved upon - the seating in the lobby bar was mostly set up for groups rather than couples. The app with details about hotel was inaccurate (gym, meal timings). In the spa, jacuzzi cleaning took place in the middle of the day meaning guests couldn't use it. Overall a great stay and we would definitely revisit.

Great hotel, we stayed in one of the bungalows with hot tub. The room was great with views over the pool to the sea. The hot tub and terrace had loungers and chairs so you could lay in the sun in the privacy of your own space or wander over to the pool area. The staff were really helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you!

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our all inclusive stay. We arrived just after nine in the evening and were met with a glass of sparkling wine. Having already checked in on line we were shown to the restaurant as evening service was about to finish. Our original room was on the first floor, 109 which was very disappointing. The room was small, tired, it was directly above the disco, it had two link doors to other rooms which were paper thin. The room overlooked a car park, the air con did not work and the bed was so uncomfortable. I requested a move to an alternative room which was on a higher floor, or ideally an upgrade to a sea view room, which I was prepared to pay extra for. As the hotel was at virtual capacity I was asked to stay in the allotted room until the morning, my request was recorded in a book and I was asked to return to reception at 9am to see what could be done, once guests had checked out. After very little sleep and a tense ten minute wait, we were offered a premium partial sea view room on the fifth floor at an additional agreed cost. What a contrast! The room was large, extremely comfortable and made our stay so much more enjoyable. The food and drink in the hotel was good especially the speciality restaurants whose food was of a very good quality and highly recommended. The staff especially on the main bar and in the main restaurant were welcoming and efficient. I would recommend the hotel, but pay that bit extra for a premium or executive room.

The good: modern hotel right on the water with access to the sea. Lovely rooms. The staff are SO helpful and kind. Plenty of vegetarian options in the buffet. Good spa on site for massages and manicures. Great location, walkable along the sea path to Paphos port. The less good: when we stayed (June 2025) the hotel was 98% Brits. It has a very ‘package holiday’ feel. Every sunbed is reserved with towels before breakfast. Thank god we rented a car so we could escape to other parts of Cyprus for day trips. This hotel wasn’t cheap when booking the all inclusive package, and we didn’t feel like we got good value for money. If you want aqua-aerobics in the pool and never having to leave the hotel because there are 5 restaurants on site, this is the place. I can see why it’s popular with older travellers. If you want something quiet, boutique and luxurious, this is not the place.

The perfect location for Paphos. Very accessible to all the attractions. Food was amazing with lots of choices. The room was clean and the sea view was fantastic. Definitely a destination hotel.

Room was fine. Staff was not very nice except for a British life guard working at the hotel. The staff seemed a bit snobby. The location is good - bus stops close by plus the sea is just a 2 minute walk. Also the walk to Nea Paphos Archeological site along the water is just stunning.

Staff werw friendly and excellent. Nencho in the Ariadne Bar was brilliant. More pillow options would be better in rooms. Food was of average quality and breakfast was pretty poor.

Overall good hotel - good breakfast selection and when you could get in the a la carte options were very good. Was really hard to get a booking in the a la carte restaurants - we could not get into the greek during our 7 nights at all. The booking system is not easy to use and best to go to guest creations to book. This all inclusive hotel represented great value with very comfortable rooms and a fantastic buffet selection through the day.

We were upgraded and had a glorious view from both rooms in the suite. However, this is supposed to be an adults only resort but our room faced the sister hotel and even from the 6th floor we heard screaming children until 10:30pm at night. Just dreadful and sad really. The suite was spacious, had a nice espresso maker, fruit upon arrival, good bed, linens OK. Maria at the pool area was a gem and offered wonderful service. The pool was huge and never overcrowded. The beach is tiny but there are loungers and it's quiet over there. Unfortunately, we were not thrilled with this resort having been to many in the past. The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat. So it was back to the buffet which was not great quality and it sorely lacked any seafood at all. There was one type of fish fillet they served a few times. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant once. Nice service by the staff. All the bars seemed unwilling or unable to make any kind of frozen cocktails/smoothie of any kind, alcohol or virgin. When we said we didn't drink alcohol they basically replied, you can have 7Up or Coke, those types of things. Also, the juices are not fresh nor pure. Such a shame. Never been to a resort that didn't have crushed ice. I think for a basic packaged holiday it is OK.

Had a lovely time in this hotel, everything is good, rooms, service, food, couldnt ask for more really, staff went out of their way to be helpful, dining room gets a bit busy but made up with the tasty dishes served everyday

Very good value for this hotel. You can tell it has been recently updated, with modern furnishings and finishes. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a drink, the a la carte options were great, and the pool/beach area had tons of seating and a variety of atmospheres. For the all inclusive price, it’s tough to beat.

Everything was fine excepts the dinner options that were advertised were not accurate. The only place we were able to eat was in one buffett area as the others required reservations that were all booked for the whole week we were there before we even arrived to the hotel. I could not have eaten at the same buffett one more time.

We really loved this hotel, great location, and the swim up room was fantastic, I would also book a room with a pool in the future. The ladies at hotel concierge were excellent and maintenance came quickly when the safe and coffee machine were out of order. Really liked all the food and restaurants, worth booking the restaurants as soon as you arrive. Loved the drinks and the mini club room for snacks.

Very much the all inclusive. If your wanting the explore than this is probably not the hotel for you. With a pool, bar and all the bars and restaurants close by for a relax by the pool holiday.

We arrived at the hotel expecting a relaxing stay, but within minutes everything turned into a nightmare. After checking in and going up to our room, we discovered that my wife had come down with chickenpox. We were honestly shocked and immediately concerned—not just for ourselves, but for the hotel staff and other guests. Trying to do the responsible thing, I rushed downstairs and explained the situation calmly to the manager. I asked if we could check out right away and get a refund, since staying would risk spreading infection. Her response? A flat, instant refusal. No empathy, no concern, nothing. Instead, she told us to just stay in the room until checkout—as if potentially exposing others was acceptable. We were put in an impossible position. Do we stay and risk other people’s health, or leave and lose our money? In the end, we chose to do the right thing and leave immediately. £250 for less than 2 hours, and not even a hint of understanding or basic human decency. Absolutely appalling experience. It’s not just about the money—it’s the complete lack of care for guests and public health. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.
