Service at the hotel was consistently great. Juan was our concierge - very responsive, handled the birthday surprise arrangements well, quickly responded when there was a room issue - best hotel experience so far. Beach was beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable, food options particularly at Kusko and La Boheme were great.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the palladium. Our concierge Rafael was especially awesome and made our stay here exceptional. Along with Luis and several other staff they all made our trip fantastic. I must say however that I was truly disappointed that there was no food from the Dominican Republic. The food taste at most of the restaurants is very underwhelming. To get good food you must leave the resort. The buffet places are pretty good but otherwise the food is disappointing. The pools were nice but we spent most of our time at Helios beach club at the TRS Turquesa where the pools and beach are kid free😁. Great place to stay just ask Rafael for the best places to eat😁. Enjoy!!!

Rafael was great, ww enjoyed our stay very much , we didn’t like our restaurant choices and he got them changed. The food at Bamboo was delicious. The facilities are gorgeous

Juan has an exceptional service. He is a clear example of hospitality. When I am back I want him to be my concierge again. Great amazing service
