Casa Royale Guest Apartment

Booked this property 2 days before I arrived . Property didn’t reach out to me after I booked. When I arrived in Jamaica and reached out to property owner he basically told me I was suppose to reach out to them 72 hours in advance time and there’s nothing he can do .im a platinum member with Expedia and any property I ever booked reached out to me right after my confirmation was booked .I was left stranded . After booking another property. Expedia reached out to owner then he decided he can arrive within an hour to accommodate me . He only wanted to accommodate me after Expedia told him that an internal investigation will be done . Instead of communicating with me trying to find a solution. I seen a lot of great reviews that was my reason for booking here. But be careful

Place was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed at this property plenty of times and there is nothing not to love about it. Its home away from home. I feel completely safe!
