Habitaciones amplias y limpias Buen servicio y buena ubicación. Aunque los alimentos en el desayuno son buenos, le falta variedad durante los días, estuve 8 días y siempre fue lo mismo.

Fantastic staff, especially reception. Enormous room/apartment. Bed was comfortable (and huge.) Amenities decent in room as well and restocked nicely by housekeeping. Exception - no hairdryer! Shower was hot (after a while) and pressure acceptable. Facilities nice at hotel and a brief walk to the beach club which was nice. All in all would def stay again!

I liked the upgraded room, responsive staff

The room was neglected, stained carpet, dirty bathroom floor, electrical tape around the window frame cracked tiles in the bathroom and grouting in shower dirty. Staff were very friendly.

My wife and I had a great stay, no complaints at all. Room was clean and spacious, comfy bed. In the reception, Christina and Bahaa were very professional and provided great service and communication, Abdulazis and Hytem were very friendly and I really appreciated their professionalism.
