A toilet and mini fridge that doesn't work in the rooms is not what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Also, no rooms with balcony and not enough smoking rooms. Aside from that, great stay. However, I would say this is closer to a four star hotel.

I stayed here for a few days on my way to Australia. The hotel was in the perfect location. It was opposite the beach, which I had access to as a hotel guest. It was within walking distance of the local shopping mall & a short drive away from the airport. The staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean, with a beach view, TV, tea/coffee & lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries. I will definately stay here again.

The staff definitely paid attention to detail and took the time to help us with any requests. Location is also great for first time visitors in the city as it’s near the airport and all major tourist attractions
