I very much liked the location and the layout of the apartment. I disliked the general state of the apartment: there were no mattress or pillow covers, there was lots of dust (old dust) in the closet and under the sink area, I had to kill a cockroach in the kitchen, and there were stains on the couch pillows. All of this made it feel dingy.

Kurzfristig in andere Wohnung umgebucht (wohl eher von Vorteil); Küchen-Utensilien musste zuerst geputzt werden; helle & sonnige Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet, in 10 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum; wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt (erst nach Putzaktion!).
