The hotel had fairly basic amenities and was very clean. The breakfast was good, with lots of variety in a buffet setting. The fitness center had a good assortment of equipment however a few of the treadmills were not working. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

After I made the booking via Expedia, I got a welcome email from the hotel in French but the dates of my stay they mentioned where wrong (July 2019). I contacted them to rectify the dates and number of but they did not answer. I asked a colleague from the conference to check with the hotel and after I sent 2 email, the replied. Secondly, I asked for a low pilow and an electric but I never go them. I aked one of the receptionists to give me a ride to the airport like other guests but she refused telling me that they do not have trips to the airport although there was plent of time in-between the trips they were having. Thridly, the restaurant staff were very good. They offered me free Mauritanian tea. But when I ordered lunch upon my arrival they were very slow. They took a lot of time to prepare and bring me the food. Despite that, the food was delicious.

Reserved the room, and the room was given to someone else. The hotel did not want to accommodate me to the same room told me that it was too difficult to kick someone out in the room that I’ve already paid for it.
