I liked how convenient the beach was and that they offer beach chairs and beach towels. Also the continental breakfast every morning and wine and cheese in the late afternoon. Also complimentary baked cookies fresh out of the oven in the evening's. Also enjoyed the sun deck on top looking out at the ocean

They have a nice breakfast with small quiches, sweets and burritos, coffee, tea, cereal and berries. At 6pm they have wine and cheese and crackers. We really enjoyed the place. The only drawback is there is no elevator,but it is just behind a dune which makes it nice.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here LDW and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was renovated this year and everything was so clean and nice looking. The amenities were above and beyond as well. They supply beach towels and beach chairs which you don't see too often! The location couldn't have been better- right on the beach and a short walk to all bars/restaurants. There's also a nice pool! Even though it was a little chilly out when we were there, the pool was heated and comfortable to go in. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great too! Staff was also super friendly. Only "negative" that I've seen other people mention is the noise from other guests- the walls are def thin and you can hear people moving around, but that really wasn't an issue for us. I will 100% be staying here again!

This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls. We were next to the stairs and could clearly hear people talking and walking up and down. We could also hear the neighbors above us walking in early hours. It’s not something that would deter me from ever going back, but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would suggest a room on the top floor away from the stairs.

Newly remodeled. They did a great job on the design of the rooms with a nice modern look and a great shower. Nespresso coffee is a nice touch. Common areas are very nice with rooftop seating and amazing Ocean views. Happy hour was a nice surprise.

Beautiful property on the beach. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. The sundeck was amazing and we got to see a beach sunrise. However, note that there is no elevator on this property and we were on the fourth floor. Luckily we did not have a lot of luggage.

Loud, but clean. We were on the first floor across from the mechanical closet (loud). The window unit had a fan that was louder (grin) This made it possible for me to sleep soundly. Everything worked very well. It was cheaper than the Georgetown Tru by far, and everyone was very nice.

Wonderful stay! Staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed sooo comfortable! Daily breakfast, Happy Hour and evening warm treats make the trip even better. We’re already planning our next stay.

Our stay here started off strong with free wine and cheese and the check in lady was very nice. We had high hopes and were seeing a concert at Bottle and Cork so this seemed like a good deal. Then we got back from the concert and chatted on the phone with a friend. Then we got a noise complaint for chatting on the phone???? So that was not great so I guess the walls are so paper thin that you can’t talk in your room. Then in the morning, we forgot to pack toothpaste and so we asked the office for some and they didn’t have any. The staff were decent but the people that stayed here were not nice. The same people that filed a noise complaint were so loud in the morning that they woke us up. We also tried to go on the balcony and the chairs were disgusting. Overall, the room was okay but it was rather expensive for one night, I should be able to talk in my room without getting penalized. Maybe work on soundproofing the rooms so that people can talk in peace. The bed was nice and the bathroom was small but doable.

Everything there is amazing. Staff, room, breakfast, evening reception, location. Just one thing - the wall is thin, you could hear your neighbors next door or upstairs. Ear plugs worked wonderfully.

I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room. The hotel was tastefully updated and the staff was so welcoming. Appreciated the social hour in the evening. The breakfast was lovely. Loved the overnight oats. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Can't beat the oceanfront location. Walkable to restaurants and bars, good breakfast. Tv didn't work well. We were told that the whole hotel will be renovated in the fall.

We made a reservation for 2 Queen beds and got 2 full beds. My husband and I don’t really fit in a full size bed together, but tried to make it work. I did bring it up at checkout, but just got a “ Sorry about that” from the attendant. I think she should have been explained to me before I checked in and the price of the room should have been adjusted.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here LDW and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was renovated this year and everything was so clean and nice looking. The amenities were above and beyond as well. They supply beach towels and beach chairs which you don't see too often! The location couldn't have been better- right on the beach and a short walk to all bars/restaurants. There's also a nice pool! Even though it was a little chilly out when we were there, the pool was heated and comfortable to go in. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great too! Staff was also super friendly. Only "negative" that I've seen other people mention is the noise from other guests- the walls are def thin and you can hear people moving around, but that really wasn't an issue for us. I will 100% be staying here again!

This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls. We were next to the stairs and could clearly hear people talking and walking up and down. We could also hear the neighbors above us walking in early hours. It’s not something that would deter me from ever going back, but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would suggest a room on the top floor away from the stairs.

Customer service was amazing. I arrived 3 hours prior to check in and my room was already prepared. Staff gave excellent information regarding food and nightlife. Will be Staying here again.

Wonderful stay! Staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed sooo comfortable! Daily breakfast, Happy Hour and evening warm treats make the trip even better. We’re already planning our next stay.

Such a cute perfect spot ocean front! I told them it was my birthday and when I checked in to my room they left a birthday card! The staff is great and so are the balconies!! I will ALWAYS stay here now when I drop by the beach :)

This might be the nicest property on the beach that I have ever stayed at. First time to the area, and because of this establishment it will not be the last! The woman at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless. And you just can’t beat the view! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The staff here is so friendly! It was our first time staying and it felt like we were regulars. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the location, parking, and access to the beach! There were some loud families during our stay, but that's my only complaint. :)

Everything was Amazing! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was great! Very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back again very soon.

Great location! Nicely renovated with a very clean feel. Pool was a nice addition after coming off the beach which is steps away. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread in the morning and the social hour at 5pm was a nice bonus. 5 minute drive to heart of Rehobeth. Rooms are clean and plenty of space. Expect to see a lot of kids while there. Will stay here again.

Can't beat the oceanfront location. Walkable to restaurants and bars, good breakfast. Tv didn't work well. We were told that the whole hotel will be renovated in the fall.

I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room. The hotel was tastefully updated and the staff was so welcoming. Appreciated the social hour in the evening. The breakfast was lovely. Loved the overnight oats. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing spot! I would definitely stay here again. Tamieka at the front desk has excellent hospitality skills. She made everyone feel comfortable and was very friendly!! The bathrooms in the rooms are extremely small. The breakfast is very thoughtful and appreciated .. I’m saying this without being mean but the egg quiche is dry and doesn’t taste very good. I vote for it to be removed from the breakfast lineup. The wine and cheese is a delight BUT the wine taste cheap. My suggestion is to serve a good moscato with the cheese. Everyone loves moscato. Lastly, the chocolate chip cookies hit the spot!! They were a good treat to receive when coming from the beach. Overall the hotel was very clean. I’m looking forward to returning after the renovations.

The oceanfront view was wonderful. The location is close to nice restaurants and beach attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They warned us that the cookies would be gone quickly if you are not there when they put them out. Unfortunately we were 2 minutes early and they were all gone. Strange that they didn’t make more. Breakfast was adequate but they do not replace food as it runs out. Overall we enjoyed our peaceful stay very much.

Newly remodeled. They did a great job on the design of the rooms with a nice modern look and a great shower. Nespresso coffee is a nice touch. Common areas are very nice with rooftop seating and amazing Ocean views. Happy hour was a nice surprise.

This hotel has a very personal touch. It's small (probably around 36 rooms), and the staff starts to recognize guests quickly. We loved it for the extra touches: terrific breakfast, happy hour snacks and draft beers, nighttime cookies, beach chairs and towels for the beach. The room was attractive and comfortable .The root sundeck is amazing! We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully renovated hotel! We had one of the first floor rooms, which opens to a little private deck area, looking out at the dunes. The room was very neat and clean, minimalist vibes, but it did provide a couple of drawers, shelves, hangers, and several wall hooks giving us ample storage for our clothes and beach stuff. The room also offered a safe in the drawer of a bedside table, a sound machine, a TV, a mini fridge, a Nespresso machine, and a small sitting area.The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The hotel has a small pool, which I did not use but looked nice and had about eight or 12 Chaise lounges and additional seating around it the lobby was also clean modern minimalistic very appealing. There was a water dispenser machine in the hallway, a icemaker in the lobby, making it great for the beach days! The hotel offers its guests, a complementaryhappy hour each day with a local beer and some snacks, freshly baked cookies in the evening, and complementary quality continental breakfast in the mornings! The hotel also offers complementary beach chairs… Such a great bonus not to have to pack those! This hotel would be a great place to stay no matter where it was located… But the fact that it’s right on the beach, makes it a home run! The staff were also very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely return!

There are free towels and beach chairs to use. Bummer that there isn’t an elevator which was hard with big suitcases. The room was stylish and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. It was an expensive stay - the amenities helped make it worth it. Parking for 1 car included free!
