Dirty apartment, uncomfortable beds, stained sofa, stained linen, broken kitchen bics, staff doesn’t clean your room even when you request you have to follow up, no bathroom amenities, definitely not as advertised. Not luxury at all- far from it. Waste of money.

The apartments are gated providing a layer of security which was appreciated. Upon arrival when using the showers it was apparent they haven’t been cleaned in some time and the towels were dirty, refolded, and still wet. Not like the pictures.
