I love the breakfast buffet, the free hot beverages and filtered water. The rooms were clean. The staff lovely. The proximity to San Sebastián great. The rooms were nice and modern. I am not a big fan of the parking, especially at night. It is limited. The area doesn't have much.

It says that Reale Arena is an 8 min drive...10.7 km. Sounds easy, no big deal by cab right? Wrong!!!! Oiartzun uses a whole different cab company than San Sebastian. There is nothing else near this hotel for taxis to have reason to go there. I don't care what Rome2rio says about cab fare...but every single trip was 27 euros each way from/to San Sebastian. This is NOT a good choice for a stay if you are going to a concert at Reale Arena. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a taxi at the stadium to take us to Oiartzun after the concert. Also there is only one garbage can in the room, in the bathroom, and there is not enough lighting in the room. It was clean and very, very basic. More basic than even Motel 6. There was a safe and a small refrigerator, so that was nice. There was no coffee maker in the room and this led to a long, long line at the fancy coffee maker at breakfast. The staff was also really young and I didn't feel like they were going to pay attention to if anyone was going to try to mess with our stored luggage. They just didn't seem to be very aware. The front desk staff also had to deal with restocking the buffet...during the whole visit the place seemed short staffed.

El frigorífico de la habitación no servía, olor químico excesivo del ambientador. Al segundo día de hospedarnos no hicieron la limpieza de nuestra habitación la chica encargada tuvo que ir a revisarlo con sus propios ojos y nos hicieron esperar mientras la limpiaban. Por el precio se podría esperar un poco más Las camas son cómodas y hay máquinas expendedoras de bebidas.

Staff were excellent. Unfortunately after this it is all down hill. Location very remote had to depend on Taxis, expensive and not easy to obtain. Main area of hotel was acceptable and comfy. Bedroom was disgusting, a constant smell disguising another smell, sickly. The bathroom shower tray needs replacing it was filthy. I ended up showering with a pair of my sandals on. Sorry this hotel was not for me.

Well i set off from sunny southern spain heading back to the UK. Landed here at B&B hotel Donostia-San Sebastian, in the pouring rain, was greeted by a very friendly reception staff who couldnt be more helpful. Got to my room to be greeted by a huuuuge bed just for me, starfish time lol. If i had one niggle its the rooms are bare, in the fact theres not 1 picture on the wall, hey ho not everyone likes art!!!

Nous sommes arrivés, contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur le comptoir de l'accueil, le personnel ne parle ni Anglais, ni Français. La table juste à côté de l'accueil était pleine de miettes d'un petit déjeuner. Nous sommes restés 4 jours et 3 nuits. Les miettes n'ont pas bougé. Ca donne une idée du reste. La grille d'aération de la chambre est ignoble, obturée de poussière. Le petit-déjeuner, appétissant sur les photos, semble défraichit. Un serveur a fait tomber une cruche de jus d'orange en nettoyant la machine, personne ne l'a ramassé. Ni lui ni ses collègues, qui marchaient tranquillement dedans, comme les clients. Vous passez 50 fois à 50 centimètres de la personne qui se trouve à l'accueil, quelle qu'elle soit, elle ne lève même pas la tête, ni pour un bonjour, ni pour un sourire. Et naturellement le jour où vous partez, personne ne vous calcule. L'hôtel est située sur une rocade. Impossible de rester au pied de l'hôtel tellement le bruit n'arrête jamais. Bref, nous étions venus de bonne humeur, sans rien attendre de spécial, juste le minimum. On ne l'a pas trouvé. Je déconseille.

I love the breakfast buffet, the free hot beverages and filtered water. The rooms were clean. The staff lovely. The proximity to San Sebastián great. The rooms were nice and modern. I am not a big fan of the parking, especially at night. It is limited. The area doesn't have much.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone d'activités au bord de l'autoroute qui fait la liaison France-Espagne. C'est très bruyant et ...moche. Nous avons passé une nuit horrible. L'hôtel accepte les groupes: bruits, cris, coups ds les murs toute la nuit. Déclenchement de l'alarme incendie en pleine nuit (top pour se relaxer). Petit déjeuner bas de gamme. Salle non nettoyée après le passage du groupe d'ados: on aurait pu croire qu'une invasion de sauterelles était passée par là. Le personnel se moque totalement de savoir si votre séjour c'est bien passé. D'ailleurs si on m'avait posé la question au check out, j'aurais fait part de mon mécontentement et n'aurait pas laissé d'avis négatif. Je ne recommande pas du tout !

It says that Reale Arena is an 8 min drive...10.7 km. Sounds easy, no big deal by cab right? Wrong!!!! Oiartzun uses a whole different cab company than San Sebastian. There is nothing else near this hotel for taxis to have reason to go there. I don't care what Rome2rio says about cab fare...but every single trip was 27 euros each way from/to San Sebastian. This is NOT a good choice for a stay if you are going to a concert at Reale Arena. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a taxi at the stadium to take us to Oiartzun after the concert. Also there is only one garbage can in the room, in the bathroom, and there is not enough lighting in the room. It was clean and very, very basic. More basic than even Motel 6. There was a safe and a small refrigerator, so that was nice. There was no coffee maker in the room and this led to a long, long line at the fancy coffee maker at breakfast. The staff was also really young and I didn't feel like they were going to pay attention to if anyone was going to try to mess with our stored luggage. They just didn't seem to be very aware. The area is extremely loud and parking difficult. No hot water. I guess I was lucky that it was Summer. Breakfast wasn’t good (bread wasn’t fresh).

Lors de notre arrivée, déjà l annonce de réservations pour 4 chambres , alors que le mail de confirmation , ainsi que le compte hôtel.com précise deux chambres pour 4 personnes …. Le buffet petit déjeuner pas du tout attrayant…. Trois fruits pommes et kiwis avarié , jus de fruits degueulasse . Accueil moyen, pas de recommandation spéciale pour faire un détour .

Reading the reviews on Hotels.com I decided to book this hotel thinking it was really clean. But the moment I walked in the hotel u could tell it was not the same. The lobby was old and smelled. The room was dirty. Bathroom had mold on the walls. Under the bed there were dust and hair from previous guests. The closet was missing one of the doors and u could dearly close it. I was extremely disappointed. For what I had to pay was definitely not what I had expected i stayed in Barcelona in a 4 and half star hotel for less than what I paid here. I will never ever come back to this place and when I asked the receptionist if we could change the room they were not helpful at all. Very disappointed
