Très agréable séjour ! Accueil chaleureux. Emplacement idéal en banlieue de Denver, quartier sûr. Chambre propre, confortable et bien entretenue, literie très correcte. Petit-déjeuner excellent ! Une très bonne expérience et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Terrible experience. I came back to my room one morning to find that I couldn’t get in as the electronic door lock was dead. One of the staff helped me to get in and told me the issue would be addressed. I came back later that day only to find that I still could not enter my room. The staff again assisted me to get into the room and then told me that I had to relocate all of my items to another room. When I asked if there was anything that could be done for my inconvenience, I was told - “you booked through a third-party and you’ll have to go through them”. I reported the issue to IHG international and they told me that someone from the property would help me to get the issue resolved. I never heard directly from anyone from the property and upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager the manager told me that he was aware of the issue and again told me that - “ you booked through a third-party and have to take it up with them.” I reached back out to IHG international with my case number, and I was shocked to find out that the manager reported to them that he had taken care of the issue. I informed them that he had done nothing but tell me that he could not do anything about the issue and that I would not stay at the property again.

The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed at and I am super, super picky with hotels. Staff was phenomenal as well! I would definitely book here again if I visit this part of Colorado again!
