My husband and I stayed here on a last-minute booking June 22, 2024. This is your basic motel with no restaurant or other amenities, which is what we were looking for and expected. Location was perfect directly across the street from the beach. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. We found it very clean! And the very little interaction we had with the front desk area was very pleasant. Great little gem!

My husband and I stayed here on a last-minute booking June 22, 2024. This is your basic motel with no restaurant or other amenities, which is what we were looking for and expected. Location was perfect directly across the street from the beach. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. We found it very clean! And the very little interaction we had with the front desk area was very pleasant. Great little gem!

Great one night stay at the annex property next to main motel. Convenient access to everything only a short drive. Walkable to the beach across. Close by nice shore fishing spots and nice hiking trails.

From the porch, the beach was blocked from view by the roadside sea grass (itself a pretty view) but the ocean beyond is spectacularly in view and it will lull you to sleep all night with the window open. A literal 150 step walk across the street and down through a short sand path opens up a whole beautiful sandy beach where I took long strolls back and forth for hours.

Rooms are rather small but clean. Location is excellent - just across the street from the beautiful, not crowded beach. Beach with a lifeguard (which is important to me since I travel with small kids) is just steps away. A short drive to seafood restaurants and such. We will sure return.

Very cute little place with a great view of the water. If it had been a warmer night we couldve slept with the windows open and heard the waves crashing against the shore. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We enjoyed the smalll motel feel. The beach was right across the street. You are right in the middle of casual dining (Point Judith) and formal dining (Narragansett). Definitely would stay again.

Safe, convenient location. Right across from the beach! There is a pizza place and ice cream shop a couple miles down the road, and seafood options. Might house also very close. Great location! Great service! If i was going to critique, its my personal preference, I prefer white towels :) so, if that is the only critique I can give, i would 100% stay here again!

Amazing property just across the street from Scarborough beach. Small, no frills motel but very nice room and absolutely spotless! 60 years of traveling and I've never stayed in a cleaner place. Comfy beds. Bring a keurig or a coffee maker..only a fridge in room.

This family run motel was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway. The great location made it easy to visit the beach morning, afternoon, and evening. The rooms are clean and simple with a nice fridge and freezer. Shower was hot and appeared newly renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best motel/hotel coffee along our entire trek from Arizona. Special shout out to Carol, who was especially welcoming and kind. Great job! We will be back.

Loved the keyless check in! Made it so stress free. Room was so beach themed it felt like vacation, as it should, most hotels do very little in this area. Rooms were also updated. Beach was gorgeous and clean with many amenities. Right across the street. Area was very quiet. We actually cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Jill
