The apartment was clean and comfortable, great location. There is a parking lot across the street that was not one that was recommended but we used it and it was easy and convenient.

Excelente opción para hospedarte en Quebec, solo toma en cuenta que el check-in es a las 4:00 pm. Si llegas muy temprano a Quebec, no podrás dejar las maletas ahí, porque este hotel no tiene Lobby o recepción. Tendrás que dejarlas en algún otro lugar (hay un lugar muy cerca de ahí). De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien. Limpio, cercano y amplio. Las camas no son del todo cómodas, pero pasan la prueba.
Excelente opción para hospedarte en Quebec, solo toma en cuenta que el check-in es a las 4:00 pm. What a wonderful stay we had at this property. Very walkable to Old Quebec City. Cafes and restaurants just outside your door! The unit has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. As we were on a road trip the first thing we did was to do our laundry in the unit. Your own detergent is required. Parking was available across the street. If you are in P401 be aware there are steep stairs but well worth the climb.

Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions could be updated and clarified. Location is very good. Parking is convenient and very close lot. Overall very good experience.

Property was great. We had difficulty controlling the heat. Was too cold our first day & too hot at the end of our stay. No grocery store nearby. Would be nice to have some minor items in kitchen such as coffee pods& creamer. Is also an inconvenience to have to carry luggage around for hours unless you want to pay a fee.

The location of this apartment is fabulous. It is very close to lower old town and stairs to the upper old town. Apartment was nice. The bathroom was clean and had a lot of extra towels. This apartment is missing closet so we had to use iron board to put our clothes as we don’t like to keep them in the suitcase. The living room is dark and no view (view of courtyard with garbage cans). Although overall looked clean, the floor needs extra work and underneath the sofa is dirty (accidentally discovered when we dropped something). The beds are very firm. The communication with the property was good. They let us leave luggage before 4 but you can’t use the place sooner even though it is ready. I suggest to price it a little lower or make few improvements.

Our loft was absolutely wonderful. It was obviously renovated with quality in a modern way while still preserving the old style (brick and stone walls). Exceptionally clean. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks for clothes in the bedrooms (there was no place to put any clothes). Communication with the company was excellent - they responded immediately to any email or phone call. The location is great - just next to several restaurants and la basse ville. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Vieux Quebec!

I liked the location and size of the loft. The unit was generally clean except for a large head dress hanging at the head of the bed and covered in dust which was very visible and wondered why it was not cleaned. I am allergic to dust and suffered both nights. In fact, I barely slept one night. Also stairs leading to the unit was very narrow and steep. Not safe and one needed to hang on to the railings for fear of falling.

This is a beautiful spacious apartment that's very convenient to the old town of Quebec City. It was easy to walk to from the bus station and close to many restaurants and historical sites. The apartment itself was very clean and everything was as described.

Great spot, tons of space. Could use some deep cleaning but necessary areas are clean ie cobwebs in corner and extreme dust on decorative items. Kitchen and bathroom sparkling. Very quiet and super walkable to everything

excellent location for seeing old quebec. Apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. easy to enter. Could have done with showers shampoo etc. highly recommend. there appear to be a number of LOFTS in the old town , all look interesting and would love to try another when we return next.

While the location was good, the loft itself was okay. Going by a previous review, it would be good for a couple of coffee pods or even dishwashing/washing machine pods to be provided. As far as the bed, it was hard as a rock. Good thing they had extra pillows because that's what I ended up putting down on the mattress in order to sleep. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Séjour de 2 nuits dans ce bel appartement. Bien situé dans le vieux port. Stationnement payant juste en face. Lits très confortables et belle salle de bain. Tout était très bien pour un court séjour. Pour un séjour plus long, l absence de rangement est problématique. Les chambres sont petites et n offrent aucun placard. Nous avions de petites valises et ça encombrait la chambre. La cuisine est équipée au minimum. Nous avons du faire preuve de débrouillardise pour faire un souper de pâtes puisque les chaudrons sont limités. Outre ces éléments c est très bien

the barbar shop downstairs (directly under this apartment) was playing extremely loud music the first night from 3am to 7am the next night it started again around 3am but I think the police were finally called to break up the dance party not okay - we were exhausted

Super belle place ! Très propre , bien équipé, super bien situé pour le vieux Québec. Un seul bémol … et majeur pour nous… le matelas de la chambre principale était d’un inconfort comme rarement vu . Un matelas tellement dur. Imagine une planche de bois avec un foam de camping … c’est pareil . Bref si vous aimez les matelas super ferme vous allez adorer. Dans le cas contraire passer votre tour . (Nous avions le loft P-101)

Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very small with no space for clothes or a suitcase so we had to leave our clothes in the living room which was also very small. The property was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities like the full size fridge, toaster, tv etc..

Very spacious and clean room. But it would be great if they had a physical help desk for instant support. The hotel is located in a convenient place to visit all attractions of old Quebec City by walk, but the price is a bit high. Also the pillows felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was worthy staying in the hotel.

De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien. Limpio, cercano y amplio. Las camas no son del todo cómodas, pero pasan la prueba.
Excelente opción para hospedarte en Quebec, solo toma en cuenta que el check-in es a las 4:00 pm. Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr stylish, gute Lage! Danke. Kommunkation mühsam. Parkplatz extra gebucht, wurde bestätigt und plötzlich annulliert und unser Auto stand schon dort! SEHR NERVIG! Auch viel zu viele Emails im Vorfeld. 1 Email mit Codes 24 Std zuvor hätte gereicht. Zimmer wie gesagt sehr schön, Bett (Matratze auf Holz) sehr, sehr hart. Alles sehr ringhörig.

Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions could be updated and clarified. Location is very good. Parking is convenient and very close lot. Overall very good experience.

Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very small with no space for clothes or a suitcase so we had to leave our clothes in the living room which was also very small. The property was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities like the full size fridge, toaster, tv etc..

Excellent Stay! The apartment is well appointed and close to everything in Old Quebec. The communication was also great. If you book this place, you definitely need to be able to walk stairs, as there are no elevators. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

In general, it is a beautiful place, ver spacious, clean, modern, and quiet. The only and biggest issue was my reservation. The owner never sent me the access code and Orbitz never sent me the owner’s phone. Another issue was that my cell service doesn’t work there. Upon arrival, I still didn’t have the access code. I chatted with Orbitz and found out the number. I borrowed a phone from a helpful stranger and found out that the owner was waiting for Cred Card info for deposit. I expect Orbitz should have taken care of that since I paid Orbitz already. I was able to get my access code after I gave them the number. It was such an unnecessary trouble!

Nice well kept apartment conveniently located with easy walking access to both the lower and upper areas of Old Quebec City. Plenty of restaurants close by, as well as a great coffee shop next door.

We had a wonderful time in QC! The location of the property was fantastic. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved that it was across the street from the marina, which has a fun bar to watch the sunset. Great prices on drinks, too! The only “wish list” was that the lofts had a balcony, since we like to sit outside. If you choose to stay there, don’t panic when you get to the location and there isn’t a sign. The keypad worked with the code and all was well. It was just a little nerve wracking when we first arrived. We rented a car for two days and we were able to park across the street, which was convenient. However, there isn’t a lot of spots and it appeared to fill up on Fri/ Sat. If you have streaming accounts, bring your passwords since they offer Netflix, Disney, Prime, Apple TV, etc. It’s convenient to coffee shops and restaurants within a two block radius. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

excellent location for seeing old quebec. Apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. easy to enter. Could have done with showers shampoo etc. highly recommend. there appear to be a number of LOFTS in the old town , all look interesting and would love to try another when we return next.

엘리베이터가 없어서 3층까지 짐을 올리느라 힘들었지만 객실문을 여는 순간 모든것이 용납되었어요..객실상태는 청결했고 욕실에 아메니티도 잘 준비되어서 있었고 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 마침 비에 젖어 들어온 옷들을 말리는데 유용했어요. 퀘벡이 좋아서 한번씩 오는데 다음에도 다시 예약할 것 같아요... 감사합니다.

The location near the train station was perfect, and getting around on foot was very easy. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. For the price I paid, I would have expected a working, more up-to-date TV and a few extra personal touches such as coffee, bottled water, blankets for the couches, or some artwork on the walls. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if the price had been lower. That said, the place is still cute, convenient, and easy to stay in.
