Bungalow frente al mar - Sun Club Playa del Aguila

the location is very nice, well served by regular buses. Quiet place. Good morning, it was already my intention to write to you about my stay at the Sun Club in San Augustin. >first of all I'm very sorry for the problem that arose with the keys, we were told to vacate the apartment at 11am and not to have to hand over the keys at a specific time. > the bed was made with a single sheet in the middle, and an empty duvet cover on top. (it looked like a bed made with recycled sheets) > clothesline outside was broken last year and still is > the bottle fridge has mold inside..... > the freezer has so much ice that it is difficult to open the drawers > in the apartment there are no 2 identical glasses, there are 6 different glasses and in the showcase there are some even broken ones > some dishes are about to break > then this year there was the problem of the internet not connecting, but we could have said this on the first day and maybe you would have solved it. Despite everything we are people who adapt but it is a real shame that an apartment like this, in a beautiful location does not have a little more attention and care for these things and also for cleanliness. The weather this year hasn't been the best, rain, cloudy days, but nothing can be done about that. In conclusion it wasn't a bad holiday, we will definitely return to Gran Canaria.

Ik had de accommodatie zorgvuldig uitgezocht en geboekt. Gezien mijn leeftijd niet te ver van winkels en strand. Toen ik op het adres was afgeleverd en de taxichauffeur weg was bleek dat de sleutel die ik op het vliegveld had ontvangen niet op de deur van de ingang paste. Er was geen mens te zien, op telefoontjes en berichtjes werd niet gereageerd. Daar sta je met je bagage in het donker! Na lange tijd kwamen er gasten van het park thuis en kon ik met hun mee naar binnen het terrein op; er was geen huisje te vinden met het nummer dat op mijn sleutel stond! Weer bellen en nu nam er iemand op. Het was hun fout, zeiden ze. De vorige huurder had de ruiten van het huisje dat ik had gehuurd kapot geslagen en ze hadden mij naar een andere locatie verplaatst, maar waren vergeten dat aan me door te geven! Neem naar een taxi op onze kosten. Ha, hoe en waarheen?ze stuurden een adres en plattegrond; een plaatsje verderop. Uiteindelijk met hulo van de andere gasten een taxi kunnen krijgen die me na ook weer lang zoeken afleverde bij een half verlaten bungalowpark. Prachtig huis, maar ver lopen van winkels en strand.

Der Bungalow war nicht gut, in der ersten Woche hatten wir leider oft den Techniker da, Abzugshaube defekt, Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht. Sofa veraltet ist zusammengebrochen, Internet funktionierte die ersten Tage nicht. Keine Bettwäsche zum wechseln Pooltücher wären auch von Vorteil. Soviel zum negativem. Die Lage fanden wir ohne Auto klasse, Bushaltestelle fußläufig gut erreichbar. Anlage wird gut gepflegte Pool und Zugang direkt zum Meer einfach klasse. Den Bungalow 401 würden wir nicht mehr buchen. Auch die komplett anonyme Abwicklung fanden wir nicht gut.

Das Appartement ist klein und gemütlich, die Einrichtung ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage direkt am Strand, mit dem grandiosen Ausblick auf den Ozean und die Sonnenaufgänge. Die Mitarbeiter von Lightbooking waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!
