Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a roomy comfortable home. This house is in such a convenient location for everything- we never had to use our car. The beach outlook, and walks were spectacular. Plenty of stairs up to the house and convenient atrium at bottom of stairs to leave beach equipment etc. Thankyou. We hope to come back some time.

We stayed at Dutchie’s Dream over the Easter holidays with our family (kids aged 3, 8, and 15), and it truly lived up to its name. The property was clean, spacious, and family-friendly, with all the comforts of home. The layout was perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy – whether it was playing, relaxing, or just spending quality time together.The location is ideal – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in Nelson Bay, yet still peaceful and quiet. Our friends who visited us during the stay were also very impressed and gave us great feedback about the house and its setup.We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Dutchie’s Dream to anyone planning a getaway with kids or a group. Looking forward to coming back again!

Some of the items such as lamps, side table looks like they have not been cleaned for long.The experience could be improved further for guests to feel welcomed.
