Attention to the new versus old building: old one has an air conditioning, new one has a cooling system (not enough cooling in the hot day). Call and ask the reception if it's important to you. Underground parking for fee. Close to the center, nice location.

Hotel is very nice, easy to find free parking on the street and walking distance to the old town. Room didn't have AC as advertised - it has some kind of cooling ceiling which wasn't the best as it was a very hot day. The little garden is very nice.

We absolutely loved this place. Can’t wait to stay again. Very close to everything you need. Easy walking distance. Hotel staff was super nice, and the room had everything we needed. The giant door/window over looking the garden was beautiful. Loved our stay here so much.

A hidden gem - boutique hotel, especially if you can get a room in the old building - beautiful. So wonderful to just relax in the patio and garden, and if you want to go for a bike ride, there are bikes to rent! The staff were over and above accommodating and very helpful - we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Cute place with a convenient and secure parking garage below. It was a great place to stop for the night while traveling to Munich. Easy walk to the Stone Bridge and various sights in Regensburg. Loved it.

Easy to find location with underground parking available (13€). Walking distance to the Stone Bridge & old town. Very cool decor & design throughout the hotel with a wonderful garden area too. Large comfortable room and very friendly helpful staff.

My husband and I started a cycling trip out of Regensburg and 'bookended' the trip by staying at the Green Spirit Hotel at the beginning and end of our cycling. The hotel is very 'eclectic', with cool artwork at reception and through all common spaces. The outdoor garden is a great place to take your breakfast or hang out in the afternoon. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Very accessible to all parts of the city, by bike or car. I would definitely stay again! The breakfast is wonderful. The staff was very helpful, cheery and explained everything patiently, as we didn't speak German.
