Was lucky enough tobget an uograde for my 3 night stay - beautiful 1bdrm with private pool beachside. Big room, comfy bed, huge bathroom with spa. Lovely staff, good food with breakfast included. Wonderful stay, thankyo

Die Signature Villa ist ein absolutes Highlight! Eine private Villa mit privatem Pool direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist super lieb, das Frühstück vielfältig und die Lage sehr entspannt. Wir haben alles geliebt und würden die Villa immer wieder buchen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. ❤️

Skøn beliggenhed lige ved stranden, som var pæn og ren. Store pæne og rene bungalows med en kæmpe dobbeltseng. Dog er der meget lydt. Venligt og smilende personale. Det eneste vi manglede på hotellet var indførsel af en solsenge "politik". Man skulle virkelig tidligt op (ved 6-7 tiden), for at sikre sig en ledig solseng. Flere gæster spærrede solsengene, uden egentlig at gøre brug af dem. Vi har flere gange observeret, at mange af solsengene stod tomme i flere timer. Nogle gæster var faktisk så frække, at de spærrede 2 solsenge per person. Én i solen og én i skyggen.

We kicked off our honeymoon with a 4 night stay here. Beach front access, pool, lovely restaurant and bar on site, incredibly friendly staff - made this wonderful. We had booked an executive bungalow and it did not disappoint, and we loved the outdoor shower and small patio. Easy to get Grab taxis and local restaurants/shops in walking distance as well. A perfect stay on Phu Quoc Island and start of our honeymoon.

Excellent, gave us a cheap upgrade because of all the stairs I could not climb. Have some snacks and welcome drinks and a free hotel shuttle to airport. Swimming pool is good and breakfast as well, room very spacios, shower very nice, but please keep doors and windows close as there are a lot of mosquitos. Had a wonderful stay!

"We selected this hotel as it had a similar look/feel online as a place we treasure on another island. The view from the pool wa magnificent and it was a lovely place to hang out. This was more like that place was before it was tidied up and was a bit shabby and ripe for some TLC. Nothing dreadfully wrong but does need a significant refresh. There are areas of the decking and paving around the pool that move (when I am sure they are not meant to!) and tiles from the pool lining missing. The room was a good size, I do think some things get lost in translation and took 3 requests and 2 days to get the requested extra pillow (generally need replacing as some have some quite nasty stains) and 2 days for housekeeping to take the cup of coffee and beer glass from our balcony. The attention to detail not quite there, When they finally did clean they took our rubber door stopper we were using for security and also to stop the door rattling in the wind LOL :-))) Bathroom looks like there was a leak in the ceiling - grout is nasty and needs redoing - ditto silicon. Shower very old and needs replacing - once in, between the tapware and the door handle there is not much space to move without banging into either. The huge bath that takes up 1/2 the bathroom is unnecessary - especially when the water take 2-3 minutes to warm and then only runs hot for 30-45 seconds before reverting to luke warm at best. While that was ok for the shower given the hot weather, not the temperature of

Room was nice, good aircon, clean, nice outdoor shower but in order to get there you have to cross the room so half the sand ends up on the floor. A bit dark the room and the TV far from the bed. Also no access to Netflix. Breakfast nice, restaurant okay. Sun loungers (have seen better days)wood made and the foamy topper is very thin therefore not comfortable in the long run 😕 On a small private beach, the loungers a bit close to one another but nice. The best is the actual resort with small bungalows and lush vegetation well manicured.

This is an older resort but great value for money. Restaurant manager Xuan was fab and a great host. Food both at breakfast and night means were delicious. Bungalow room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Pool was great. There is a free bus outside the gate to take you around the island. Overall loved it and we will be back 💗

The staff was impecable in their service and attentiveness; the villa was super clean and provided everything we needed; finally, though, the one flaw was the attitude of the receptionist, as she was combative, arrogant, and, overall, unpleasant to speak to. The issue was: I rented a motorbike and was almost charged for a period of time which I did not use it. It was not explained to me that I needed to submit the key, by a certain time, in order to not be charged. The communication needs to be a lot better and the receptionist needs to understand that she is there to HELP the client and NOT make them feel poorly. I will reconsider going there again because of my unprofessional, unpleasant experience with this young lady.

Bra service. Bra och snabb städning. God, fräsch frukost med många alternativ. Hjälpsam personal. Bra pool och ligger precis vid havet. Vi hyrde scooter via hotellet, 150k VND/d (standard pris) smidigt och enkelt. I bungalowen fanns dusch, badkar och utedusch. Uteduschen behövde dock besök av en trädgårdsmästare. Negativt är all plast på ön som även märks i havet utanför.

Small hotel with a garden on the beach. Aeay from traffic and noicy bars, but you reach a number of restaurants and cafes in ten minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh with nice coffee (and cheese and a variety of bread). Discreet cleaning and helpful staff. Beach chairs in the shadow under palms or in the sunshine. You choose. If you are lucky, the fellow guests are quiet - if not, well that's how it can be ;-) We loved this place for a relaxed beach holiday. If you are lucky, there will be beautiful sunsets too.

We stayed here with our 5 month old and really enjoyed our stay. Its in a good location. Lovely views from the pool and beach area. Good breakfast selection. Rooms could do with a little update but overally very clean and had everything we needed

The staff were all friendly and we had a great time. It was very comfortable. This was my second time staying at Anja Hotel in five years. I will definitely stay at Anja Hotel again when I come to Phu Quoc Island. It was a great memory. Thank you very much.

We booked the private villa with private pool, however our pool and the public beach is actually only separated by a fence, other hotel guest keep walking around right in front of the private pool and they can see the whole view of our outdoor area. This is not what we expected with the price that we paid for a private villa.

Skøn beliggenhed lige ved stranden, som var pæn og ren. Store pæne og rene bungalows med en kæmpe dobbeltseng. Dog er der meget lydt. Venligt og smilende personale. Det eneste vi manglede på hotellet var indførsel af en solsenge "politik". Man skulle virkelig tidligt op (ved 6-7 tiden), for at sikre sig en ledig solseng. Flere gæster spærrede solsengene, uden egentlig at gøre brug af dem. Vi har flere gange observeret, at mange af solsengene stod tomme i flere timer. Nogle gæster var faktisk så frække, at de spærrede 2 solsenge per person. Én i solen og én i skyggen.

Excellent, gave us a cheap upgrade because of all the stairs I could not climb. Have some snacks and welcome drinks and a free hotel shuttle to airport. Swimming pool is good and breakfast as well, room very spacios, shower very nice, but please keep doors and windows close as there are a lot of mosquitos. Had a wonderful stay!

We stayed here with our 5 month old and really enjoyed our stay. Its in a good location. Lovely views from the pool and beach area. Good breakfast selection. Rooms could do with a little update but overally very clean and had everything we needed

"We selected this hotel as it had a similar look/feel online as a place we treasure on another island. The view from the pool wa magnificent and it was a lovely place to hang out. This was more like that place was before it was tidied up and was a bit shabby and ripe for some TLC. Nothing dreadfully wrong but does need a significant refresh. There are areas of the decking and paving around the pool that move (when I am sure they are not meant to!) and tiles from the pool lining missing. The room was a good size, I do think some things get lost in translation and took 3 requests and 2 days to get the requested extra pillow (generally need replacing as some have some quite nasty stains) and 2 days for housekeeping to take the cup of coffee and beer glass from our balcony. The attention to detail not quite there, When they finally did clean they took our rubber door stopper we were using for security and also to stop the door rattling in the wind LOL :-))) Bathroom looks like there was a leak in the ceiling - grout is nasty and needs redoing - ditto silicon. Shower very old and needs replacing - once in, between the tapware and the door handle there is not much space to move without banging into either. The huge bath that takes up 1/2 the bathroom is unnecessary - especially when the water take 2-3 minutes to warm and then only runs hot for 30-45 seconds before reverting to luke warm at best. While that was ok for the shower given the hot weather, not the temperature of

The staff was impecable in their service and attentiveness; the villa was super clean and provided everything we needed; finally, though, the one flaw was the attitude of the receptionist, as she was combative, arrogant, and, overall, unpleasant to speak to. The issue was: I rented a motorbike and was almost charged for a period of time which I did not use it. It was not explained to me that I needed to submit the key, by a certain time, in order to not be charged. The communication needs to be a lot better and the receptionist needs to understand that she is there to HELP the client and NOT make them feel poorly. I will reconsider going there again because of my unprofessional, unpleasant experience with this young lady.

Small hotel with a garden on the beach. Aeay from traffic and noicy bars, but you reach a number of restaurants and cafes in ten minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh with nice coffee (and cheese and a variety of bread). Discreet cleaning and helpful staff. Beach chairs in the shadow under palms or in the sunshine. You choose. If you are lucky, the fellow guests are quiet - if not, well that's how it can be ;-) We loved this place for a relaxed beach holiday. If you are lucky, there will be beautiful sunsets too.

It was very good! A calm and nice place. The only thing was that the staff don’t speak so good English, so it can be hard to communicate, but they are very friendly. The breakfast was very good, but for us that like late breakfast things could be finished. they don’t refilled sometimes, (maybe they were understaffed) so I needed to tell them that things were missing, and of course they filled it up then. Nice pool and area.

The staff & property were very good. Property fabulous location, close to airport, private beach & good selection of restaurants outside property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed of the amount that I had to pay for late checkout. Our flight was at 5.30pm & requested checkout at 3.30 which was provided but with a cost of $1,375,000 VDN which equates to just over A$$80. This l felt to be excessive for an extra 2 hours when checkout time was 1pm. Overall a fantastic property to relax just a shame of the late checkout fee.

We kicked off our honeymoon with a 4 night stay here. Beach front access, pool, lovely restaurant and bar on site, incredibly friendly staff - made this wonderful. We had booked an executive bungalow and it did not disappoint, and we loved the outdoor shower and small patio. Easy to get Grab taxis and local restaurants/shops in walking distance as well. We stayed here with our 5 month old and really enjoyed our stay. Its in a good location. Lovely views from the pool and beach area. Good breakfast selection. Rooms could do with a little update but overally very clean and had everything we needed

This is an older resort but great value for money. Restaurant manager Xuan was fab and a great host. Food both at breakfast and night means were delicious. Bungalow room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Pool was great. There is a free bus outside the gate to take you around the island. Overall loved it and we will be back 💗

Very helpful staff, specially Joey at reception. The pool towels are a bit worn out but did the job. Room was super clean.

We enjoyed our stay good selection of breakfast, staff were friendly, spacious rooms close to the airport. Pool was under maintenance and the alternate pool provided was not adequate.

Had a great stay, hotel was at the quieter end of the main strip but still had easy access to food, markets, bars and laundry. The vibe was chilled and very relaxed and the staff always friendly and happy to help! Would love to return again soon, a great find!

Lovely hotel in a great location, right on the beach. Nice and quiet and a 5 min stroll into the quieter end of town. Housekeeping isn’t great. They didn’t clean the room very well, left the doors wide open while they were in there allowing mozzies in, we ran out of shower gel as it wasn’t refilled etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
