The property is set in a peaceful, tree-lined gated community, which makes for a relaxing stay. There are several good bars and restaurants nearby, and it’s conveniently located within easy reach of central Delhi and the airport. We stayed in a larger room with a pleasant balcony; while it was a little tired in places, it was still comfortable overall.

I think we found the best place to stay in Delhi and it was nice easy! The villa is beautiful, nice, clean room and bathroom, the staff are kind and helpful, great and safe location, delicious breakfast! What more could you ask for! You won't regret staying at villa 33!

The host and staff were extremely kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome. Our flight was cancelled and the booking was non refundable but the host tried to accomodate us as best he could. Breakfast was a lovely touch with chai and parathas amongst other things. One thing was the room we were in was very damp , a lot of our possessions ended up becoming damp too and the bed itself was damp which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than this though great location and overall a pleasant experience.
