Apt with 2 twin beds in bedroom, and two pullout sofa bed twins in living room. Also two bathrooms each with a shower and a kitchen with mini fridge and hot plate. Even eating utensils were provided. Apt did have air conditioning, but due to an extreme heat wave it did have trouble keeping up, but by evening we actually had to use blankets. Remember, many places don't have AC, but this host did his absolute best to insure comfort of travelers as much as possible. Host was exceptional and got us in an additional night due to other plans we had that fell through. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Also located in city historic area with a lot of night life all within walking distance. Also paid parking across the street and free street parking.

The cooking facilities were very good as were the beds; even the pull out couch was comfortable. Should be noted that it's up a fair number of stairs and no elevator. Over all very good value for the money.

No one to let me in, no response to phone calls, no reply to texts and emails. Nothing. Several hours later I get a cheerful reply “are you still staying with us?” So far they have refused to refund, although it’s only round one.
