Very nice hotel in great central neighborhood in the old part of town. It’s very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. There is a very convenient restaurant attached to the hotel.

I really loved this hotel, it is in a great location on the edge of the old town, near the river. Our room was amazing and the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Staff were really friendly, they even left us a welcome bottle of red wine. The bar/cafe on the ground floor has a great vibe, we usually finished our day with a drink in the bar. We didn’t opt for the pre booked breakfast, but the bar had lovely pastries, breads etc that we had instead. I highly recommend this very lovely hotel.

This is an excellent 2 star hotel with the facilities of a 4 star. The rooms are attractive enough to ignore the lack of view (light well only). Great bathroom, safe, even a kettle. Really helpful staff and a great location on the edge of the Casco Viejo and close to public transport

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. On the edge of the old town beside one of the main bridges. The ice skating rink was across the road for Christmas. Nice bar adjacent which creates so atmosphere around reception. Good room with very good facilities. I would stay again!

The hotel design was very sleek and the staff was very friendly. However the beds (mattresses and pillows) were terrible. The hard foam mattress and cheap foam pillows were hot and made my back and neck hurt all night and well into the following days. This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area so bedding this uncomfortable is unacceptable at this price point.

The hotel was welcoming and the room was comfortable. I liked the minimalist approach in the hotel design. I didn’t have breakfast. The front desk staff answered questions thoughtfully and house keeping was friendly. The location was a pleasant stroll along the river to the Guggenheim. I bought food supplies from Geuria bio supermarket just past the plaza next door. Lots of other options nearby. Leaving was easy as there was a taxi rank right outside though I could have taken the metro instead.

Highly recommended property to stay at. It is renovated and it presents very well. It is close to transport (bus, metro, trans and in walking distance to the main train station). Staff is very nice and will try to accommodate you as much as they can (we got a very early check in at our arrival). I will definitelly stay there again.

Very nice hotel in great central neighborhood in the old part of town. It’s very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. There is a very convenient restaurant attached to the hotel.

I really loved this hotel, it is in a great location on the edge of the old town, near the river. Our room was amazing and the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Staff were really friendly, they even left us a welcome bottle of red wine. The bar/cafe on the ground floor has a great vibe, we usually finished our day with a drink in the bar. We didn’t opt for the pre booked breakfast, but the bar had lovely pastries, breads etc that we had instead. I highly recommend this very lovely hotel.

The hotel was welcoming and the room was comfortable. I liked the minimalist approach in the hotel design. I didn’t have breakfast. The front desk staff answered questions thoughtfully and house keeping was friendly. The location was a pleasant stroll along the river to the Guggenheim. I bought food supplies from Geuria bio supermarket just past the plaza next door. Lots of other options nearby. Leaving was easy as there was a taxi rank right outside though I could have taken the metro instead.

Everything great about this hotel so clean staff very helpful, lounge for relaxation on 1st floor. Excellent adjoining restaurant/bar. fantastic location for sights and transport links. Would definitely stay again

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. On the edge of the old town beside one of the main bridges. The ice skating rink was across the road for Christmas. Nice bar adjacent which creates so atmosphere around reception. Good room with very good facilities. I would stay again!

When checking in, I realized I made an error with my booking dates and was so exhausted from traveling I was in such a bad headspace. Hotels was not going to help me despite purchasing the travel insurance but the man at the front desk was AMAZING and went out of his way to help me without me even asking. I so so so appreciate his kindness on what was just a very off traveling day. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out, he said he was originally from Mexico. Aside from the wonderful and friendly people working there, this is also the first firm, comfortable bed we had on our two week trip in Spain. Excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants, very nice and quiet/well soundproofed in the room, strong air conditioning, and a very comfy lounge with tables and couches to hang out in before or after check in. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Fantastic hotel! So modern and clean. Even a proper kettle and hairdryer in the room! The location couldn’t be any better, right in the centre but so quiet at night! Staff helpful and friendly and room very clean and cleaned daily! Highly recommend
