GROUP BOOKINGS For bookings of more than 3 guests, please contact us directly before booking to confirm the applicable payment terms and group booking policies. 3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Reception hours: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Guests arriving early or late must inform us in advance to ensure proper arrangements. 4. PAYMENT POLICY Payment Policy: For Indian guests, an advance payment is required to secure your bed. After you book through Hostelworld, our reception team will contact you with the payment details. Please complete the advance payment within 2 hours of being contacted to confirm your reservation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your bed may be released for other bookings. Foreign guests: Cash payment only. All applicable taxes are included. 5. AGE POLICY Guests must be 18 years or older. We welcome happy souls, positive vibes, and respectful travellers from around the world! 6. CONTACT NUMBER & ARRIVAL TIME — MANDATORY Providing a valid contact number, preferably WhatsApp, and your expected arrival time is essential. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and that you remain reachable before arrival. 7. HOSTELWORLD BOOKING CONFIRMATION — IMPORTANT Guests booking through Hostelworld, particularly Indian nationals, are requested to contact us after completing the required deposit payment through the platform. This helps us verify the payment and coordinate your arrival. Please provide a valid contact number and remain reachable for booking confirmation and arrival coordination. If we are unable to contact you despite our attempts, your booking may be cancelled, your bed reassigned to another guest, and no refund will be provided, in accordance with Hostelworld’s applicable booking and cancellation policies.
