Spacious and warm. they have mentioned "free off-site parking nearby" but it is road side parking and always fully occupied. when i asked if there is any nearby parking available, receptionist said that she don't know anything about parking.

Wir waren nur für einen Tag in der Unterkunft, sprich einen Tag vor unserem Flug, daher haben wir hier nur geschlafen. Negativ: Sehr laut, Wände scheinen aus Papier zu sein, da direkt daneben Bahn Gleise verlaufen und Züge fuhren, war es dementsprechend sehr laut (ICE, SBahn etc.) , leider kein Fahrstuhl. Positiv: Nah an der S-Bahn, einchecken war auch spät am Abend möglich über einen Schlüssel Tresor. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es seine Zweck für uns erfüllt, eine bleibe über Nacht zu haben, um dann früh an den Flughafen zu fahren mit der S-Bahn

Fijne plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Dicht bij voldoende winkels voor je eerste levensbehoefte en 15 min lopen ben je in het centrum of met de taxi voor 8 euro. Gratis parkeren rond om accommodatie.

It was the worst place I have ever seen. It was filthy. There were marks on the linen. The hallway lights were not working. There was no parking for my car, and the receptiinist had a real don't care attitude. The overall look of the place was just the look of degration. Not even to talk about the bathroom and shower. I didn't stay there. I git into my car and went to search for a branded name hotel....so I wasted so much money... I would never jn my life suggest this hell hole to anyone!!!!

Zimmer wurde nur oberflächig gereinigt, neben dem Bett war es noch dreckig, außerdem stank es im Bad nach Zigarettenrauch. Matratze nicht besonders gemütlich. Türen und Zimmertür laut.

Die Dame am Empfang war ganz nett , allerdings das Zimmer im 2.Stock schrecklich, er stank nach Schimmel /Schimmelentferner, man musste das Fenster geöffnet lassen um nicht zu ersticken . Wenn man das Fenster offen ließ war es sehr laut Wegs dem Verkehr und der Bahnschienen . Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert . Die Sanitäranlagen waren mäsig sauber ,aber es gab Duschgel und Shampoo in einem Spender wenn man keins dabei hatte . Der Teppichboden war sehr verschmutzt. Alles in allem nicht besonders . Kein 2. Mal .

Nach einem freundlichen Empfang sind wir mit eine Flasche Wasser auf das Zimmer gegangen. Hier zeigte sich ein sehr verlebtes Zimmer. Mit mangelnden Sichtschutz und Schlafschutz am Fenster. Einem Wasserkocher ohne Taschen Gläser. Eine sehr weiche Matratze und ein abgenutzter Schrank. Das Zimmer war nicht zu Straße allerdings waren die Geräusche von Mitbewohnern stark zu hören. Die Zimmertür schloss nicht richtig und die Schiebetür im Bad war sehr schwer gängig. Leider wurde unser Zimmer trotz zwei Nächte nicht gereinigt und auch keine neuen Handtücher gestellt. Das Hotel wirkte verweist nachts wurde die Haupttür nicht richtig geschlossen bzw. Geöffnet vor gefunden. Außer der Lage und Preis eine Nicht gute Erfahrung.

Das Zimmer ist klein, jedoch ist alles was benötigt wird vorhanden. Weiterhin ist ein Fernseher vorhanden, dieser ist jedoch defekt und wird auf Nachfrage auch erst nach unserem Hotelaufenthalt instand gesetzt!! Sehr fragwürdiger Service!!

First day was fine, my biggest complaint would be that there were no fans in the room and it was quite hot out. Also, for four people, there were only two chairs in the room.

Aldi ist Nähe, kann Mann mit füß gehen von Düsseldorf Zoo Haltestelle. Raum Fläche ist klein. Ein Doppelzimmer wenn kostet insgesamt unter 40 Euro dann passt.Stadt Steuer ist teuer. Danke für Haus Service.

Unser Familienzimmer war gross und Bett war bequem. Es war alles sauber. Zu unserem Übel hatte wir einen sehr lauten Nachbar. Bis Mitternacht wurde laut Musik gehört… ab 4.30 hat diese Person im Hof Musik auf Lautstärke aufgedreht und dabei aus voller Lautstärke gesungen ..

Die Zimmer waren relativ sauber, jedoch der Zustand der Zimmerwände, Türen ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sanitäranlagen sauber, jedoch schon etwas älter. Das Personal war recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für eine Übernachtung hat es ausgereicht.

Den Kosten (sehr günstig) entsprechend eine gute Unterkunft ohne weitere Ansprüche unsererseits. Alles hat gepasst, Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut OK. Ein nächtlicher Check-In war durch einen Schlüsseltresor problemlos möglich. Lediglich war leider die Brausekopfhalterung der Dusche abgebrochen. Dies hätte sehr gern instandgesetzt sein können.

Den Kosten (sehr günstig) entsprechend eine gute Unterkunft ohne weitere Ansprüche unsererseits. Alles hat gepasst, Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut OK. We were in the room for only ten minutes. The sent was choking my wife, she had to go outside for fresh air. We couldn’t stay there. They would not refund any money. We ended up across town at the Niu Hotel which not far from the main train station. It was about the same cost and it was beautiful.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica a Dusseldorf, vicino a stazione bus, tram e treno. La stanza era pulita anche se purtroppo c´era un odore di fumo probabilmente di qualche fumatore che aveva alloggiato prima. Check in possibile solo dopo le 14. Check-out comodo.

It was very clean and free coffee in lobby. It was 25 min walk to centre and 3min walk to train station. The location was good! There was a bit noise due to train station. I think the rooms of other side are better

Really good for 1 night stay next to Düsseldorf Zoo HB easy to get to the Airport in matter of minutes and Central Station the same. The best thing 24/7 self check in.

Fijne plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Dicht bij voldoende winkels voor je eerste levensbehoefte en 15 min lopen ben je in het centrum of met de taxi voor 8 euro. Gratis parkeren rond om accommodatie.

The staff is nice. The room is okay. It was a family room : one large bed, and one bunk bed … The room is large enough to contain four normal single beds, or one large and two singles, so why a bunk bed instead, strange. No key to close the bathroom, and the floor of the bathroom is extremely slipery. Nice shower, but slipery, we had to put a towel in order to reduce the sliperyness. The surroundings are ok, with two nearby REWE, and some restaurants.

Understanable, thus you have make sure check-in at precise hour - Hot water at shower is not maximum - Expect as what you pay, then lower a bit, you'll be happy go lucky - Towels are provided, and free car park on the curb across the hotel, FCFS - Shops, restos, transport are close by

- die Duschkabine hat schonmal bessere Zeiten erlebt( schmutzig und anzeichen von Schimmel) -Handtucher waren ausgefranst - die Zimmertür wurde wohl mal gewaltsam geöffnet und dann der rahmen notdürftig repariert sodass man die Tür auch ohne Schlüssel aufdrucken kann sofern sie nicht mit dem Schlüssel abgeschlossen wurde - Sobald man sich über die begebenheiten beschwert wird einem mit Rauswurf gedroht - In der Beschreibung auf hotels.com wird einem suggeriert, dass man mit ec/Kreditkarte zahlen kann, kurz vor dem Aufenthalt bekommt man eine Nachricht dass das EC Gerät kaputt sei und man dich bar bezahlen soll. auf Rückfrage an der Rezeption wird einem dann gesagt dass es gar kein EC-Kartengerät gäbe - Die Eingangstür ist defekt sodass sie die gesamte Nacht bei nicht besetzter Rezeption offen steht
