Bloom Hotel - Bengaluru Airport

Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Room was super clean, but very functional and spartan. Some staff was helpful, others indifferent. I wanted breakfast a little early as I had to catch a flight. At 7 am, the breakfast wasn’t even ready! The approach to the property is terrible. Road work is going on. So the management put up two single ramps to enter the property. Taxi driver refused to negotiate the ramps as they were in bad condition. So I had to carry my luggage up the ramp and negotiate steps! Not a good experience! When I mentioned this to the guy at the reception, he simply shrugged his shoulders.

Stayed here one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was a short Uber away which was perfect. The hotel was very clean and bright, the staff were very nice and everything in the room was great. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend especially for the price and location.

Beware! The hotel will scam you. The hotel sent me a room confirmation via WhatsApp prior to arrival. When we arrived, we were told they did not have our room and blamed Expedia. Then the person at reception tried charging me for the room again. Luckily, we had confirmation of payment via Expedia but had to fight it with them. The staff then tried to charge us for an extra person. Room was clean but we would not stay here again.
