We arrived and checked in. I walked my family to the room, where we found another family already living in that room. I found it very disturbing that their system would allow such a horrible mistake. The breakfast was basic. It is laid out poorly causing long lines. Nothing is labeled so you have to get in line 2 or 3 times. They also have Eggo waffles getting soggy in a dish, instead of fresh waffles. Upon check out there was no one working the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes and even called the hotel 3 times no one came to help me so I just laid the keys on the desk and left. I would never come here again.

The staff was very helpful when asked questions… The room was clean besides a couple stains in the carpet… Breakfast was good only problem with that was they use a lot of rosemary as a seasoning and I’m allergic to rosemary but on the other hand I didn’t ask to see if the items (eggs and potatoes) were available without rosemary… The orange juice was top notch if you like orange juice… Will definitely stay here again but this time I’ll ask to see if there is a non rosemary option…

The night staff that checked us in was fine, but the room had a buildup of dust everywhere and just felt grimey. The furniture in lobby was worn and very dirty, lobby flors were nasty. Breakfast was your standard tasteless eggs and paper thin bacon. Ants were crawling on the counters. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk he said he would let kitchen know. When I informed front desk of my room he just said thanks for letting me know. I expected an apology and some sort of gesture to make it right. I pay to stay in your hotel so I expect a clean room. You have housekeeping and management that should be working together to make sure rooms are clean for guest. Why are you not checking rooms before guest arrive, and if you say you are, why are you allowing guest to stay in dirty rooms. I travel with Lysol and Clorox wipes and Lysol wipes and had to wipe the room down and the wipes were black. I’m definitely beyond dissatisfied and disgusted with my stay.

This was a very nice hotel! Very clean with wonderful staff! The gal cooking the breakfast knows what she is doing. Everything was delicious.
