Hotel Vista Sendai

Location is not convenient and face to the hotel is a parking lot which is not safe when you come back to the hotel late at night. Just wondered the price is not cheap for one night but they just give us the cleansing knits in a paper bag looks very lousy. The hot spring water is not hot and clean and everyone just take a few minutes and go ! The price is expensive for this hotel.

The toilet isn’t clean and smell is bad. and there was dead bugs and hair in the Onsen. Room key cost 2000 yen if you didn’t return or leave in the room. The staff didn’t mention any extra cost of room key when you check in, so you have to be very careful about it. Check out time is 10AM which is 1 hour prior compare to other hotels. But check in time is still at 3 pm.

Good. I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located near the train station. It’s super convenient.
