Great hotel, near to airport, but quiet. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Sometimes the poolside activities got a little too loud, but it didn't last. Good breakfast, nice pool (a little cool), nice grounds. Worth the money. Call local taxis to take you to the waterfalls. Make sure you go to the Argentinian side and spend a long day walking all the trails. But your tickets for the falls online in advance, even on a weekday outside of the main season or you may have to wait a long time. Hotel will keep your luggage and you can swing by to pick it up on the way back to the airport. If you aren't checking luggage, no need to arrive early.

The hotel was just ok. It's great if you are with your family and need a middle of the road hotel. I was highly annoyed by the idea that I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. The buffet dinner and breakfast options were good. This hotel is a very economic option. I wish I had researched more before staying at the hotel.

Beds are very old, sheets are scratchy the room is fairly clean, The soap seems watered down which is odd. The shower pressure was good and the shower itself was clean enough but will need the tiles to be scrubbed soon. The breakfast was good with a lot of options but most of this property needs some serious attention. I would not stay here again, I would not recommend others stay here until it is fixed up.

Caso esteja chovendo, que precisará desse acesso se molhará, ou fará igual fizemos, pedimos a ajuda do hotel mesmo para subir e descer as escadas e as vezes, nós mesmo, fazíamos esse serviço de levantar e carregar o carrinho nas escadas. O banheiro tinha umas partes mofada. A água da piscina era muito gelada, muito mesmo. Café da manhã incrível. Camas e roupas de cama limpos e confortáveis. O acesso ao parque aquático é uma atração para as crianças, e isso para nós foi um ponto bem positivo por temos 3.

It took a long time to resolve and i still did not feel satisfied with the outcome. Overall, nice staff, good service, comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. This property is in between Foz De Iguazu and Igauzu Falls. There is nothing shopping or restaurants at a walkable distance from this property. You need a car or some kind of transportation to go to Foz de Iguazu or to the falls. Fortunately Uber was very convenient. Even at 11:30 in the night we were able to get a Uber from a restaurant in Foz de Iguazu to this resort.

Great location — not far from the airport or the main attractions. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel feels well kept. One thing to note is that if you’re hoping to arrange airport pick-up — we struggled to do so (different from what’s listed on the Expedia page). However, we were able to ask the front desk to schedule an early airport drop-off. Fortunately there are plenty of taxis and Ubers (though Ubers may keep cancelling on you at certain hours of the night).

The hotel is quite new and comfortable. The rooms are ample, clean and well maintaned. There are two restaurants. Since I used halfboard, I got breakfast and dinner included, and used just one of them. The breakfast was very good, the dinner not so. The food could be better prepared. Overall the hotel is excellent and very close to all atractions in Foz do Iguaçu. From reception to housekeeping you got a competent and very friendly service.

Bebidas caras demais. Não precisava exagerar no preço delas, cerveja R$ 15 agua R$ 7, muito caro. No Muffato estava a cerveja R$ 3,99 e agua R$ 2,40 Estava com uma netinha de 3 anos,na hora da comida ela não queria comer. Pedimos para levar algo para ela comer mais tarde no quarto,nao permitiram nenhuma vez. Isso é um absurdo, é uma criança de 3 anos. Não havia decoração de Natal, foi tudo muito simples e sem atração. A banda era boa,o resto deixou a desejar. Deveriam pelo menos servir bebida e petiscos depois do jantar do Natal, serviram uma sopa fria com torradas. Não foi a altura de um bom resort. Foi decepcionante depois da ceia. E olha que sobrou muita coisa no restaurante depois da ceia. Parabéns para os funcionarios, muito prestativos e educados.

De forma geral a estrutura é boa, tem uma boa piscina, área verde, recreação para crianças, há um parque aquático com acesso livre, os quartos e cama são ótimos, limpeza ok... Mas a alimentação é sofrível, poucas e básicas opções, não é uma comida saborosa, e o preço é exorbitante. Acho que o hotel precisa reformular o cardápio urgente, conversamos com outros hóspedes e todos tiveram a mesma opinião. No demais você terá uma boa estadia, as pessoas são educadas e há uma agência de turismo dentro do hotel.
