Parking lot was constantly full, lots of sketchy people milling around. Staff and room were quite nice.

An older property. Pretty basic condition. Convenient to the freeway. Allows dogs, but the people staying there feel it's not necessary to clean up after their dog. There was a lot of dog poop in the grassy areas, and the box for bags was empty and the garbage can for the bags was jammed full. Obviously, the staff doesn't patrol or clean up.

Dec 23 2023 3 police units showing up at the property around 7pm was concerning but at 4:12 am I was wakened by an Alarm so loud while I was sleeping going off with red lights flashing blinking. I was scared then. Anyway of course I couldn’t go back to sleep. The manager just acted like no big deal. That’s sad!

Very clean. Easy access, good parking. Nice bathroom. Quiet and safe. My only comment is that it could have used an extra chair.

Plain / clean room/. No complaints except the repo truck circling parking lot allnight.

Brief stop on my way home. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find. Check in was terrible with interaction with t shirted clerk through what appeared to be bullet proof glass. Not very reassuring for safety of the considerable amount of stuff I had to leave in my car. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was outstanding.

Limited parking holes in the towels no nasal tissue no blow dryer and I'm still not seeing a pending refund for deposit of $25

I specifically reserved an accessible room. The shower was in a tub that I struggled to get into and there wasn't any slip prevention As I feared, I fell as I slipped getting out of the tub and got bruises on a few places. The room they assigned me was right next to a grassy "pet area" that each square foot of the area had old pet stools. The front desk agent seemed mechanical and indifferent.

The hotel was in a nice place and close to shopping, etc. It was dirty. The microwave, shower, etc all dirty.

First off. Our room door wouldn’t securely shut or lock. The room was extremely dirty. The rubber molding that runs along the floor was pealing back , the rooms said no smoking but the guy at the front desk said if we want to smoke he didn’t care and the room reeked of smoke. The floor was incredibly sticky. The bed smelled like b/o and the pillows were definitely not washed. Felt like they just re made the bed with the same sheets as the previous guest. Overall gross 10-10 stay away unless ur a crack head or homeless person

There was a dead bug on the wall, my towel had a big hole in it, wash rags had hair on them when opened and the bed had a big hump in the middle which caused the outside of the bed to slope down on both sides and the comforter had holes in it, there was also stuff left in the fridge from the prior guests, the bathtub had rust at the bottom of it and a soapy film in the tub and white stains on the wall above the head board, stove burner didn't work

Open space room was nice but they shower was ridiculous, the bedding was nasty dirty. They gave menew top blanket but it was just paper thin.

The blankets were completely stained with huge burn marks/holes in them. The place was disgusting. Pay an extra $10, it’s worth it.

Not only was there dirty silver ware in the drawers, but there were literal roaches in the place. House keeping woke us up over an hour before our check out and would not leave us alone. All staff members were rude and acted like I was a bother

I hesitated in making this review becasue we used to stay at this motel every time we came to Yukon. I used to be clean, it was little noisy in the mornings as all the workers who stayed there got up to go to work. But this last visit was disgusting. We were first given a room that the beds had not been made in. Then were given a room that had filthy semen stained bed spreads. and the sheets had the same stains. Black mold in bathroom and filthy walls. The owner is very nice but states he cannot get good staff. At this point we will not return. I am thankful I got a full refund but I cannot recommend this place until the owner gets it together and cleans it up. I checked for bed bugs since it was so disgusting, did not see evidence for them but seriously find this place has gone down hill.

The motel is a little run down; the comforter was stained, but clean. The kitchenette was great!

I really enjoyed this motel. I got a room on the bottom floor with a single king sized bed and kitchenette. Very quiet even with surrounding neighbors. The only main issue I had was the top cover of the bed- it had stains, which happens. I asked for another and was provided one, but it had holes in it. I didn't bother to ask for another one. I think refreshing those top covers for customers would be a good idea. Get some new ones. The other sheets and the bed itself was amazing though. I slept so good and normally I have trouble sleeping in new places. I did notice grime and areas on the walls that could use some cleaning. Refreshing paint might be a good idea as well. Bathroom was amazing. The water pressure and temp in the shower was the best I have had in a long time- and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I think I marinated in that shower forever because it was a soul ascending experience. There wasn't a hairdryer. I was sad I didn't have one, so make sure if you stay to bring one. They only provide soap bars, so bringing your own hair care items is necessary and that is honestly okay for me. Very good towels. I keep my room like a morgue when I stay somewhere and the a/c unit did not disappoint. Kitchenette came with basic stuff. Some of the items had dust and dead flying insects in them because they hadn't been used. I had no problem washing them out, but it might be a good idea to refresh those items during the cleaning routine.

The bed was hard but overall it was good. Could use more pillows. Two for a king bed is not enough

This is one of my favorite motels. I love the large room and kitchenette!! They always accommodate my needs. I request downstairs near the office and have never been disappointed. I will continue to use this motel when traveling.

Surprisingly, very nice studio. All the comforts of a home. Very quiet, comfortable and safe.

The trouble began when the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation. Rather than assuming an attitude of "don't worry, we'll get this figured out", she began giving all the reasons for how it could be my own fault, "are you at the right hotel?", "are you sure you're here on the right date?", "you booked the room through a third-party, you'll have to contact them to fix the issue" and so on. Even after I spoke with Hotels.com, the service I booked and paid for my reservation through, and informed the clerk they will be calling in just a moment, when the phone ring, not one of the three employees now gathered behind the desk made even a movement towards picking up the phone. I asked if anyone was going to answer, the reply was "I told the manager, she'll answer", which didn't happen. After about 15 rings and with my insistence, the clerk finally answered the phone herself. When the hotel manager is aware there is an issue such as man and they still don't care enough to answer the phone knowing how important the call is for collaborating to a solution, it exacerbates the issue 10 fold! It was finally determined to be an issue with the hotel's tech and their system being unable to receive the info from Hotels.com. A tech issue that has caused this very same issue to happen with relative frequency. Finally in the room, the TV remote did not work and there TV had no manual controls for operation. Beds were incredible uncomfortable due to the thin, single mattresses used.

It was very spacious, the water pressure was great, the bed was firm, it was a one night stay and the price was definitely worth it

arrived and gave away our accessibilty room, but up graded us to a suite for same price but no bars in shower, floor dirty, bathroom wall splattered with red fluid, second night entry card didnt work, office fixed it promptly, third night towels removed but not replaced, staff replaced promptly, staff should check out room for safety as no smoke detector, bath vent fan hanging down, staff said would fix promptly did not do it.

The office staff could use a bit of hospitality training. Upon arrival my greeting was not hello, welcome, how can I help you, or anything resembling a business/customer relationship. It was “NAME?” No more words were spoken except to tell me the room was no smoking. My card stopped working before the last day. A different person was behind the desk but same, slightly annoyed attitude. Upon checking out they were so appreciative of my staying there they took my key card without a thank you, hope you enjoyed your stay, how was it? Or anything resembling their desire for me to use them again. Whatever happened to these common courtesies? Overall is was a reasonable place. I give it a solid “meh”

I reserved a room but was told they did not have a space for me when i arrived. The manager on duty said he would mark it for refund but the next day they denied my refund claiming I "no-showed". After talking to multiple people there about my situation they now claim i actually checked in and cannot get a refund. I endes up axroas the street at another hotel.

The staff was extremely rude especially the man. He threatened me after I decided to extend my stay by a night and I had to split the payment on two different cards because they charge an additional fee for pets which is fine but I didn’t have the second card physically with me. When they were running my card the symbol for Apple Pay came up on their machine so I thought no problem I’ll just use my Apple Pay to pay the other portion and it’s a non issue. The lady that was also working argued and danced around the topic of them not having Apple Pay available and I explained I didn’t have my physical card with me and she said she could take Venmo but when I opened Venmo it wanted me to do an identity verification which I also explained to her. I told her that I could Apple Cash her the $10 so that if would be paid and I wouldn’t have to worry about it since she was willing to take Venmo but she wasn’t willing so I told them that I had to be going to run some errands and that I would get some cash on my way back but I wasn’t certain of what time I would be back. The man that was working actually told me that I had better pay and “not make him come up there” (to my room I guess). The property is infested with roaches and other weird looking bugs. The room was not clean on arrival the floors had a heavy residue and left our socks disgusting. The ac leaves the room sticky and humid like a swamp cooler and the front of it is not actually mounted properly. Never again

Was passing through OKC on a road trip to California with my elderly Mom. Sheets were dirty, phone was dirty. Asked for a receipt after a one night stay where they add on a charge when you get there for incidentals (to be returned) The guy said "no" "since it was booked online" and literally turned his back and walked away (he is in a glass enclosure). Not the best experience......

We stayed one night. There is a nice bar next door and a delicious restaurant named Catfish cove. I would recommend visiting both, the food was delicious.

A quiet little gem of a motel if you're staying over in Oklahoma City...just outside of OKC, tucked away from I40. Convenient 1st floor rooms with a nice kitchenette, clean and cozy
