Nice small boutique hotel next the the Olympic stadium and walking distance to Acropolis and flea market. Lots of good and very inexpensive local restaurants and shops close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Big room. Wonderful terrace with view of Acropolis. Only negative was shower feature. Shower is a claw-foot tub with shower wand. No curtain or enclosure. The big bathroom area is separated from bedroom by heavy curtain for privacy, but shower situation is not ideal. However, other than this minor inconvenience (particularly for older folks with mobility limitations), we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Best breakfast during our 7 night stay in Greece. The manager arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 0430 for the airport. Taxi arrived at 0425. Metro and airport bus stops are about 15 minutes away.

Situado en una pequeña calle dificil de transitar con el coche pero personal muy amistoso y enseguida te indican como llegar al parking gratuito y te hacen el check in muy rápido. Hotel a 15 minutos del centro a pie , muy pequeño pero con todo lo necesario

Excelentes instalaciones, cuarto amplio y cómodo para dos personas con equipaje de mano y equipaje documentado. El servicio durante el desayuno excelente, muy buena atención. La atención por parte del anfitrión fue rápida y oportuna. Baño muy amplio con lavabo fuera lo que permitía estar cada quien realizando una actividad de aseo distinta. Elevador muy amplio también. Hermosa vista de la Acropolis desde la terraza. Única recomendación traer antifaz para dormir pues la luz pasa con facilidad por las cortinas

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es ist eher ein 2-3 Sterne. Die Möbel sind auch abgenutzt und nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Es gibt allerdings ein Highlight und das ist die Terrasse wo man einen schönen Ausblick zur Akropolis und die Stadt hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht alles zu geben was der Gast sich wünscht.

Some streetlight in the room at night, however very spacious room with good facilities. Superb and helpful advice from Socrates, delicious omelette for breakfast, free parking was important at a short walk away. Great location to all central sight seeing in Athens, with a rooftop view to the Acropolis.

Pi Athens is a fantastic boutique hotel! The rooms are spacious and overall really nice. The rooftop patio is small but has a fantastic view of the Acropolis. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and the hotel will give you lots of recommendations. We loved this hotel and will hopefully be back again soon!

Modern cozy hotel, very convenient location not too centered but still close enough to it. Perfect service, good breakfast, the host explaining everything we needed to know and very servicial, she offered us breakfast to take out because we had to leave early before breakfast time, very kind of her, the hotel was always clean and bed is comfortable. I recommend PI hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium in Athens, and its central location is a major advantage. The staff are very responsive and helpful, though the property itself is showing its age and could use some updates. The rooms were somewhat dusty, particularly under the beds, and the elevator and stairwell corners would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, however, it was a pleasant stay.

Check in was great. Front desk guy was super accommodating, flexible, welcoming. Easy to communicate about needs even prior to arrival! Helped with airport transfer, luggage, crib - Kudos to him! Some negatives: property’s maintenance and upkeep is lacking, cleanliness is pretty below standard- towels are old, rough and hard, cockroach under side table ( traveled with a 6month old so got to look under) Breakfast is basic, breakfast lady is pretty quiet - not the kindest. She also did not bother to stop smoking in the lobby while we were waiting in there with our baby …. Overall it was okay. Great location.

Great location and great staff. Found the hotel to have a sort of "run down feeling" for a 9.2 score. Space had a lot of scuffed walls and stains in the room. Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Pros: Spacious family room, kettle, good location 1-2 km from most major attractions and very close to National Gardens, friendly staff. Breakfast basic but ok considering the small size of the hotel. Cons: somewhat outdated and worn out, presumably renovated 10-15 years ago.

Property in general is good. There are two things that should be fixed: 1. Air conditioner works irregularly, makes noise and do not could correctly. Filters must be cleaned at least one a year! 2. The window do not lock which is a minor concern but should be fixed.

Die Lage war super, nur 1 Minute vom Stadium entfernt und 2 Minuten vom National Garden. In 10 Minuten erreicht man den Syntagma-Platz & die Metro. Leider aber auch sehr laut durch die Nähe zur großen Straße, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Sollte besser isoliert sein. Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten, sondern ein größeres (Nr. 6). Wäre in Ordnung wenn es wie gewünscht eine Dusche gehabt hätte (nur Badewanne) und es lag direkt unter der Dachterrasse. Wenn andere Gäste spätabends noch oben waren, konnte man nicht schlafen. Frühstück war kontinental und in Ordnung. Als Gast wünscht man sich, dass die Eierspeisen angeboten werden und man nicht immer selbst darum bitten muss. Während der 5 Nächte haben wir nie jemanden an der Rezeption angetroffen. Bei unserer Ankunft öffnete uns der Taxifahrer den Eingang und übergab uns das Kuvert mit den Zimmerkarten. Das hat gut funktioniert.

Finding decent accommodation when you’re a family of four, with two early-teen daughters, is always a bit of a nightmare when it comes to holidays. Despite first impressions - the hotel is down a small scruffy side street- Pi Athens ticked a lot of boxes for me. We had Apartment #1 which was a good size for the four of us, an open plan set up with a comfortable double bed, a sofa room and two single beds tucked away in the corner behind a curtain. The bathroom was big, the shower was lovely and the air con worked a treat. The location was also excellent, ridiculously close to the impressive Panathenaic Olympic Stadium and a 20-25min walk to the centre (Acropolis etc) through a nice park. Why not 5 stars? Little things like the door handle to the bathroom falling apart, and the breakfast being a bit poor. But I’d still happily book Pi Athens again if I ever returned to the city with the family.

Great communication with Socratis, and Natasha was so nice and helpful. She welcomed us at the front, explained everything and provided useful info on things nearby (don’t miss eating at Mavro Provato… it’s close, great prices, and excellent food and service). We are a family of four visiting our daughter studying abroad in Athens. The suite accommodated our family size well and within a block of where our daughter studied and lived. The room was large for our family and allowed us to walk to all the desirable sites in Athens. Location was PERFECT! The service was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The staff are very responsive and helpful, though the property itself is showing its age and could use some updates. Check in was great. Front desk guy was super accommodating, flexible, welcoming. Easy to communicate about needs even prior to arrival! Helped with airport transfer, luggage, crib - Kudos to him! Some negatives: property’s maintenance and upkeep is lacking, cleanliness is pretty below standard- towels are old, rough and hard, cockroach under side table ( traveled with a 6month old so got to look under) Breakfast is basic, breakfast lady is pretty quiet - not the kindest. She also did not bother to stop smoking in the lobby while we were waiting in there with our baby …. Overall it was okay. Great location.

Very hospitable and especially wonderful hosts! Centrally located, large studio, elevator directly to the room, very safe and quiet. Breakfast hours were extended only for us, and we could use the facilities even after noon checkout time so we got to do more sightseeing before returning to the hotel for a quick refresher and take out lunch and then heading out to the airport. Transport from port and to airport was arranged for us as well. Would be my first choice if traveling to Athens again with children. Thank you, Sokratis!

Some streetlight in the room at night, however very spacious room with good facilities. Superb and helpful advice from Socrates, delicious omelette for breakfast, free parking was important at a short walk away. Great location to all central sight seeing in Athens, with a rooftop view to the Acropolis.

Die Lage war super, nur 1 Minute vom Stadium entfernt und 2 Minuten vom National Garden. In 10 Minuten erreicht man den Syntagma-Platz & die Metro. Leider aber auch sehr laut durch die Nähe zur großen Straße, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Sollte besser isoliert sein. Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten, sondern ein größeres (Nr. 6). Wäre in Ordnung wenn es wie gewünscht eine Dusche gehabt hätte (nur Badewanne) und es lag direkt unter der Dachterrasse. Wenn andere Gäste spätabends noch oben waren, konnte man nicht schlafen. Frühstück war kontinental und in Ordnung. Als Gast wünscht man sich, dass die Eierspeisen angeboten werden und man nicht immer selbst darum bitten muss. Während der 5 Nächte haben wir nie jemanden an der Rezeption angetroffen. Bei unserer Ankunft öffnete uns der Taxifahrer den Eingang und übergab uns das Kuvert mit den Zimmerkarten. Das hat gut funktioniert.

Nice small boutique hotel next the the Olympic stadium and walking distance to Acropolis and flea market. Lots of good and very inexpensive local restaurants and shops close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Big room. Wonderful terrace with view of Acropolis. Only negative was shower feature. Shower is a claw-foot tub with shower wand. No curtain or enclosure. The big bathroom area is separated from bedroom by heavy curtain for privacy, but shower situation is not ideal. However, other than this minor inconvenience (particularly for older folks with mobility limitations), we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Best breakfast during our 7 night stay in Greece. The manager arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 0430 for the airport. Taxi arrived at 0425. Metro and airport bus stops are about 15 minutes away.

There was no one at reception and when I called the hotel someone showed up after 30 minutes. They let us into the room but could not give us any keys as only the manager could give keys. We were stuck in our room with our luggage with no way to get back into the room. A strange experience. The room itself and the hotel are really nice and well located but the check in process was really weird.

Existe apenas um quarto por andar, é tudo muito organizado, chuveiro ótimo, perto de tudo. Vá de táxi do aeroporto pra lá e pegue um BUS TOUR que passa a poucos metros do hotel. O estacionamento é na rua, e seguro mas não compensa. Táxi ou Uber com preço fechado compensa muito mais!

The location of this property is hard to beat. The Marble Stadium is literally next door. The National Garden is across the street from- great for family with a child - there is an amazing playground for the hours when it is too hot to go anywhere. Acropolis is 20 minute walk with a child. Lots of little shops and restaurants in the area. Quiet at night and breakfast was included where they made custom omelets on demand (very delicious)

I wish the breakfast started earlier... We had to head for the airport before 8 so we missed out on breakfast. Btw .. There should be a sign warning people when headed to the roof... Two of us busted our heads on the way out
