We stayed for 3 weeks and really appreciated this property and the landlord. He met us for check-in, gave helpful advice on the neighborhood - subway, groceries, restaurants, etc. The apt. is really nice, nicer than my real house, and is close to 2 subway lines, making it easy to get around. Our only complaint was the noise - a lot of street noise from passing cars and also from the neighbors, with yippy dogs during the day & loud Zoom meetings late at night. To be fair though - we have a quiet country house and are not used to much noise, so this may affect others less.
