A séjourné 2 nuits

First off there were people going in and out of the hotel all day and night making loud noises. A group of kids were fighting in parking lot. Towels in bathroom had hair from previous person on it. No cooking utensils in room or iron and ironing board. Beds were uncomfortable, and lastly I seen a roach in the bathroom

Front desk informed Windspring is independently operated. She gave us a pass key to a room to check out if it was acceptable. Never asked that at other places. we went to the room, turned the light on and roaches scattered. No. Went back stated the problem, gave us a key to top floor. (We had been on road 12 hours). Got off elevator on 4th floor. Immediately immersed in smoke - non smoking facility. Husband has asthma, I cannot stand smell - makes me nauseous. NOPE! Front desk was gracious and said she would cancel and to call Hotels.com as soon as possible. I did and it was taken care of. Too many products out theee not to take care of that insect problem. Not sure about the smoking.

Expedia and the hotel location allowed my reservation to be booked without having a room. Instead of calling me to tell me immediately, the hotel staff waited until I arrived to tell me the reservation was canceled due to over booking.

suspicious activity - like (1) blaring music from cars in the middle of the night (12 am -1 am) for more than an hour without any administrative action. (2) visitors of guests running up and down halls late at night again without any intervention. (3) fire alarms going off because of smoking violations (odors of tobacco and other substances detected) no response to guest complaints - like complaints concerning continuous dogs barking for extended periods of time everyday at all times of the day and night. Apparently, dog kennels where several dogs in one room are acceptable in this residential location. POOR plumbing. The shower was dirty and completely clogged with nastiness after showering. for example. a dirty film of residue remained after slowly draining with residual hair and whatever else that stopped the drainage would seep back into the pooled water that gathered because the water was unable to flow normally during the actual showing process. Bugs and other insects were present on the premises.
