This motel is a dump in every way. Broken glass on the ground in front of our room. Carpet is stained, ripped, shedding. Freezer in the mini fridge had some type of food in it that was being overtaken by frost. Ice tray had dirt on it. The door stuck. Several leaks in the shower plumbing. Coffee pot was full of debris and dust. Sludge in the bottom of the swimming pool, no water. And they’re charging $150 USD. I’d never stay there again. We actually looked for a different hotel when we got there, but there were no vacancies in town for less than $300.

I drove into the parking lot and immediately booked another hotel. This one is dilapidated and in terrible disrepair. It looks like a grungy flop house-type motel. The pictures of the outside are extremely inaccurate. I don't think this motel should even be listed on Expedia. I wouldn't stay there if I was paid.

A big disappointment—we had stayed here a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with this old, renovated ma and pa motel. Not so this stay. Apparently, sold last year and is now declining badly: pool was empty with chipped edges, fountain not working, rooms clean but no longer sporting the luxurious bedding and bath supplies. Really can not recommend except for the low price.

Pool out of order. Room needs some attention but they discounted it $30 from what hotels told me without me even asking because they said they were in the process of remodeling. So that was great. Room clean. Bed so so. Could use new pillows. Bathroom walls need cleaning. Close to everything. Quiet and safe.

Just save yourself the trouble, and don’t stay here! The motel is in disrepair, the pool was green and closed, and there was a truck up on blocks with parts, sitting all around it when we pulled in. For obvious reasons we did not stay, but of course we were charged.

Owners had tried hard to upgrade the room and did okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Outside of the motel needed paint and repairs.

The staff was terrific. Very helpful and attentive, and available. The facility is pretty old, but it had everything I needed, and was good value for the price. The categories I rated "average" were simply that. No offense intended at all. But I commend them on their efforts and attitude. Thanks,

This property was not anything like the pictures. I don't know if the owners just bought it? If they rent by the month? It was in poor repair. The pool was empty, the fountain was off. I can't even express how bad the room was. Flooring missing, bathroom was filthy, the ac although very cold had a bad smell. It was not secure, the door did not close all the way and there was definately not a good lock on the door. We did not feel safe so we left. It is next to a cute clean town park with a creek. I hope the owners can get it cleaned up, but for now I do not recommend your stay.

Very old motel. Room smelled and was very small. It was OK just to sleep for a night. Pool permanently closed until it can be replaced with one that is up to code. Nice owner.

TheYoung lady that helped me was the only thing good about this place,otherwise the place is a dirty rotten dump. I was in stocking feet and in less than an hour my socks were black as coal, big gap under the door run down should have been torn down 20 years ago... Honestly and absolute zero

The room was disgusting. Carpet was torn everywhere with stains and had not been vacuumed in forever. There were little flys coming out of the sink drain. What looked like poop on the wall of the bathroom. The baseboards were filthy. I could not sleep at all. People were standing outside the door talking loudly. My husband was bitten all over his side by something. The TV would turn on but when you tried to watch something it would just sit there and spin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Not very clean, there was no toilet brush to clean. Very basic, but could be cleaner and things more fixed up. Front office person was nice. Doable for one night.

One of the bedside lights also flickered oddly. The tub was filthy. My traveling companion had a different room, but there was someone in it when he went in, so they had to give him a different room. I will never stay here again.

Tusar was friendly and welcoming during check-in. Although it was after 10:00 p.m., he happily came to the office to help me quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and somewhat retro. The wall heater worked great to keep me warm. The shower was awesome, and the bed was comfortable. This was a great stay in a nicely maintained retro motel.

The motel unfortunately was remodeled without the safety and concern for the ultimate user.... the public. You had to quish by the bed into the bathroom. The walls had been stipled with a roller brush leaving them with extremely sharp and protruding points that if you accidentally rubbed the wall would be like rubbing against very course sand paper. Avoiding the wall was almost near impossible since you had to quish your body between the bed and the wall to access the bathroom. Beds were extremely uncomfortable...... ICK.... Nice people but bad property.

The staff was really nice, check in was quick but when we got to our room their was an odor and I can’t tell you what it was but their was a residue and stains on the lamp shades, wall and pictures. When we told the gentleman he said he would clean but then offered us another room that still needed cleaned so we had to get to why we were in town. But we were so turned off from the first room we made other arrangements. So unfortunately can’t tell you what the second room was like.

The staff was terrific. Very helpful and attentive, and available. The facility is pretty old, but it had everything I needed, and was good value for the price. The categories I rated "average" were simply that. No offense intended at all. But I commend them on their efforts and attitude. Thanks,

Tusar was friendly and welcoming during check-in. Although it was after 10:00 p.m., he happily came to the office to help me quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and somewhat retro. The wall heater worked great to keep me warm. The shower was awesome, and the bed was comfortable. This was a great stay in a nicely maintained retro motel.

Pool out of order. Room needs some attention but they discounted it $30 from what hotels told me without me even asking because they said they were in the process of remodeling. So that was great. Room clean. Bed so so. Could use new pillows. Bathroom walls need cleaning. Close to everything. Quiet and safe.

This property was not anything like the pictures. I don't know if the owners just bought it? If they rent by the month? It was in poor repair. The pool was empty, the fountain was off. I can't even express how bad the room was. Flooring missing, bathroom was filthy, the ac although very cold had a bad smell. It was not secure, the door did not close all the way and there was definately not a good lock on the door. We did not feel safe so we left. It is next to a cute clean town park with a creek. I hope the owners can get it cleaned up, but for now I do not recommend your stay.

My stay was far less then good. Gave me keys with no instructions on what key went to what lock, one of the keys got stuck and had to have them come and yank it out, only to find there was key pad with a generic combination to get in. The door was difficult to open and shut properly. Room had a foul smell to it and definitely wasnt clean in certain areas. They use an outdoor type of wood for the bathroom counter which was disgusting and had a polish on it that didnt all seem appropriate for a bathroom, sheets were wrinkly. They need to trim there trees as one was blocking the pathway and the branches scraping cars. The room was definitely remodeled in a do it yourself way, and not done very well.

Remember the saying don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside is old and needs a new paintjob. Rooms nice and clean. Softest sheets Ive ever had at a motel. Will stay here again if Im passing through. Sheridan Wy. Is a charming looking town.

It was pet friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Very poor maintenance. No chair to sit on in the room. The faucet handle fell off when I turned on the water. No bath mat for the floor. It’s just really old and not been taken care of. Sketchy place. Very glad I had a big dog with me.
