They are not tidy with the educating staff. I literally asked them to clean my room every day when I check in. For the first 4 days, they didn't clean my room nor change the towels after one day. When I asked them to change it, they said the housekeeping staff is full, which I don't think is something that I should say, especially if you're part of an area. I think there's an issue with the training staff. They asked me to do several things two or three times, and they messed up with marriott loyalty membership point
