Best Stay Inn

We stayed in room 19 it was much nicer than pictures. It had a frig and microwave. We brought our own coffee pot a must for early risers. Very close to the outlets and Gillette Stadium. We would recommend and go again.

The room was very clean. It smelled good. It had a little fridge and microwave. Would stay again.

No chair in room, no tissues. Freezer worked Refridgerator didn’t

I have stayed twice here now in the last 3 years. The first time I felt like a little better than the second but this time I was there during all the snow so not totally fair as there seemed to only be one person managing the property for the most part. It's a smaller one level hotel, seems fmaily owned. Enjoyed the quick service getting checked in and out and parked directly in front of my door. I requested a room that i was in previous and it seems that the heat hadn't been on in multiple days as it was extremely cold. Took about an hour to get to where we could take our jackets off - so I'd recommend just going where people have been in and out of more frequently. It was quiet and safe, convenient to get to the football game, and pretty much all we needed to make our trip. It's not a Hilton - but I'm happy to stay there for every game day if possible.

Frankly for paying nearly $150 I find it absolutely astonishing that I couldn't even get ice! And the TV didn't appear to be set up with service for watching and I couldn't figure it out. Not a happy camper!

No ice machine. Floors were dirty kept our shoes on. No table or place to sit. Check in people not overly friendly. The mattress was covered, so no bed bugs at least.

Property was good, wish the room had a microwave

There was no iron, desk, microwave, luggage holder, coffee maker or light for reading and the wifi hardly worked.

All rooms were sprayed with this nauseous fragrance. Tried 2 different rooms. Didn't stay. I ate the $80 I spent for my reservation. Do not stay here.

The room had not been cleaned but they gave us another room. It's missing normal attire. No kleenex, no coffee, no drinking cups. The room was clean and tidy but my wife won't go back there. Suitied better for a guys weekend.

The bathroom was dirty and just felt unclean. There were spots on the counter and in the shower. There was no remote for the TV and you could hear other people taking a shower from the room next door.

The room might have been clean. It smelled of cleaner. But the floor was sticky (maybe because of the cleaner, maybe not), there was only one, extremely bright light controlled by a wall switch, no lamps or anything. There were no chairs, no stands or surfaces to put luggage on, no hangers (but a rod). The blinds in the room (that open to the parking lot) were those paper according style broken and with a hole torn in it. The blinds in the bathroom that open into a pubs parking lot were also broken, but at least not paper. I managed to get them both closed but didn't risk reopening them. It's supposed to be a non smoking property but the neighbors on both sides smoked at their front door all day. Every unit has a random chair out front of it to sit on (and smoke?) and they range from filthy camping chairs, broken dining room chairs and, of all things, a busted up wheel chair. One of our smoking neighbors stole our chair. Oddly I haveq no complaints about this. On more than one occassion we returned to find people congregated at our door smoking. They were nice and polite but it was still incredibly uncomfortable for us. The heat worked, too well, so we had to make the room super hot before bed, turn it off, and then wake up cold. Alternatively we would have slept in a sauna or woken up as an ice cube. I'd assume it's a hourly hooker hotel if it weren't for the signs warning you you will be evicted for having visitors. I could go on but am running out of characters.

There was a smell of fresh linen when we arrived but later in the evening and especially in the morning there was an awful odor like cat urine or sports equipment. Thin walls led to us hearing every act the couple next door was engaged in.

The cost was way too high for the room. Room was tiny. Staff was nice but room service didn't speak or understand English. Tv was on spanish & remote was not working for is to change language or channels. It was late when we found that so went to sleep & didn't report it.

It's a bed with 4 walls. Plain and simple

The walls are literally paper thin, on our second night the room next door had the tv on all night and we could it hear it as if it was our tv. Bed was super comfy but there were no hair dryer and the paper toilet stand was broken. It was “cleanish”. You get what you pay for. All in all for a one night or 2 night stay it’s very OK, we were going to the Patriots game so it was super convinient (less than 10 min drive) 30 mins from quincy market and 50 mins from Salem. The outlets are also 10 mins away and they are huge! You have a nice casino and many dining options. All in all not bad

There was a bang like clockwork coming from the back of my room at night. Never figured out what it was. The toiliet paper was juat sitting on the back of the toilet because thwre was no rod in the dispenser. Lighting is either barely anything above the bed or the sink/bathroom light which is extremely birght Price really wasn't worth the stay. I wasn't there for the concert, but the prices were.

This hotel is very spartan and overpriced. For $100 (high even for Massachusetts), the room is tiny, no coffee maker or any drinking cups, and no table to eat on,and no chairs to sit on. I had to sit on the bed, and lean over the night table to eat.

I attempted to extend my stay, but the word is out about the value of the room rates at this location. Therefore the accommodations had been completely booked by incoming guests. Plan ahead. Reserve well in advance of your arrival. Don't get left out in the cold. Enjoy your clean, well-maintained, quiet, safe stay.

I felt very safe since I was traveling by myself -

I got lectured about not smoking in my room when checking in to open my room door REEKING of smoke. Back window was open when i got there and did NOT lock. Room was gross. I was greeted with what seemed like an attitude… no smiles, very unpleasant all around. Never again. And don’t tell me “not even vapes” when you absolutely know the room i’m about to walk into was trash. How about an apology? Room was already paid for, not like you were going to lose my money - especially with the very clear “NO REFUNDS” sign at the front desk LOL. If you know your facility is bad, how about clean it up? 0 stars.

Lady at check in was ot friendly at all. Instead of letting us know pertinent information about check out times and telling us to have a nice stay, she we t on and on about smoking in room, even vapes and how alarms would go off. Even if we showered with the door open they would go off from the steam. We never even inquired a out a smoking room. But the worst part was BED BUGS! We itched all night and woke up with bites everywhere.

I liked that they let us check in early after coming off the Red Eye flight.
