Room was never serviced, smelled of smoke even though it was suppose to be non-smoking. Manager tried to assist, but they appear to be under staffed and never cleaned room even though it was promised. I do NOT recommend anyone stay at this location.

In town for a school event and every hotel in the area was totally booked, so we had to stay regardless of the condition. The bedding had cigarette burns on them and the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The wall had a massive water stain. The floor had water coming up from the floor. The sink doesn’t drain. The tub was stained and dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bed was comfortable and that’s about the only nice thing I can say. When I called the front desk about the water, she brought me some towels and told me to leave them on the floor.

This has got to be the worst hotel i have even stayed at. Every room reeked of smoke and cigarettes. Every piece of bedding had burn holes and stains. They're were bugs in the shower and bathroom floor as well as holes in every wall. This is by far the grosses hotel i have even seen. The need to step it up!

So the regular rooms just ok for sleeping & showering. We needed another room so they offered a cabin in the back. We were rushed so we agreed and when we came back that night the kitchen was infested with roaches. We were only able to get a partial refund & stuck trying to find another room at 1am for the MSF.

Was very impressed with the appearance of the room. Very clean, updated. Bathroom is small as my husband is disabled but we managed as we brought a shower chair and an assistance for toilet use. We needed a place to take a bath and clean up. As we were at fair with son and grandkids watching them show hogs at fair. It was just up the street from fair. For the price we said was great! Will book next year!

I got to the property and my reservation was canceled and I had no place to stay as the whole town was sold out due to an event. They blamed it on Expedia but Expedia has no idea it was canceled.

This was a very disappointing hotel. For overall cleanliness and amenities and service this hotel was way overpriced. Actually, if they lowered the price by 60% it would still be overpriced. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. It had to be the cheapest quality mattress on the market that they could find anywhere. I have actually slept on air mattresses that were much more comfortable. The television set did not work and neither did the microwave oven. There was only one towel and one washcloth and there was no amenities such as tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and there was no bar of soap in the bathroom. The room had a musty smell to it. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend it to any of my friends.

As a woman who travels alone I was very pleased with this motel. The room was clean and had been renovated. The parking lot was very well lit and there were cameras. The owners were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
