Overrated hotel with disappointing experience Overall, I was very disappointed. • The balcony door did not lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. • There was no decaffeinated coffee provided in the room. • At the breakfast buffet, I requested a hot latte, but was served a lukewarm one with cold milk instead. • The air conditioner did not work properly, and the room was very stuffy and hot — especially since the room faced east. • In the sauna, when I tried to drink a second bottle of water, the staff stared at me as if I were stealing it and told me that guests were allowed only one bottle. Overall, this hotel is clearly overrated and does not meet the standards expected for its reputation. The bottom line is this is not five star hotel.
