Nice simple hotel. Cozy, quiet and clean. Looks like they remodeled with new furniture 👍 The Coffee station is available 24/7. Definitely recommend!

Towels and linens didn’t seem washed, just refolded to look clean; there were noticeable stains and hairs still on them once unraveled. The shower head had low pressure, and takes awhile to warm up. Those are my main complaints. I liked the layout of the room; the ground floor rooms having access from both indoors and outdoors was very convenient, along with parking directly infront of your room. The location is sort of hidden in the back, but there are multiple signs to point you in the right direction.

The owners are awesome and are listening to customers to make there establishment better. Rooms are big and clean. Coffee offered in the main office free. Vending machines and ice maker on site. Rooms come with microwave and fridge. Restaurants are also near by in walking distance. Would stay here again

The bed sheet was dirty with stains. The first room provided had a strong ammonia smell and the bathroom was very dirty. Informed the front desk and he said it's the cleaning solution and open the door to let the room air out for 5 mins. We opened the room for over 15 mins and the room was still smelling bad. We requested to change to another room. Second room did not smell as bad but the bed sheet and still dirty with stains. We removed the bed sheets and used our sleeping bed instead.

No one was available for check in, housekeeping never came not 1 time for entire stay, the sink clogged in bathroom and they never sent anyone to even attempt to fix it or move our room we stayed the entire stay with nasty smelling water stuck in a sink making that whole area unusable for entire trip

Guy at the front desk was great. The common areas smelt of cigarettes and musty carpets. We looked at 2 rooms, both had sticky floors, various coloured stains in the bedding, and short curly hairs in the sheets. We left after 20 minutes to seek refuge anywhere else. Avoid at all costs. But the front reception dude was awesome.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was disgusting—used sock on the floor, thick dust everywhere, visibly dirty sheets with pubic hair, in vacuumed floors, very old/dated, cigarette smell and burns on the sheets in a non smoking room. The cherry on top was waking up to an altercation next door where someone threw a brick & broke the heating unit, waking us at 1am. The staff was lovely though. Owners should either gut this place or sell to someone who actually cares

Cheap and convenient. Room wasn't as clean as i would prefer, there was previous guest leftovers in the fridge when i arrived. Bathroom didnt appear thoroughly clean: (dust, spotty, stains in tub etc.) Staff were friendly and it was quiet.

Supposedly rooms were redone. Not! Bed broken and bathroom sink facet loose. Smelled smoky even though a none smoking facility. Desk chair peeling. Total let down.

Staff was friendly and made check in/out easy. Room was clean for the most part. There were some hairs on the comforter, but you could tell they were washed. Like they just got stuck in the fibers. The shower did not get hot, but warm enough for a quick shower. The bathroom light never came on. I left it turned on over night thinking it was just delayed (one of those incandescent bulbs) but it never fully lit. I had to shower and use the bathroom with the door open and the light from the entry to have any light in the bathroom.

This spot has potential but it’s outdated and a lot of the materials and furniture in the room were severely damaged, had mold, beds were unmade, rust in bridges and microwaves, brown residue in tubs and sinks. no water pressure in shower and extreme water pressure in the sink enough to spray.

Awful awful awful. I usually don’t write reviews but I need to this time.Reached a little late in the evening. There were no one working in the hotel. Had to go to the adjacent hotel to check in. Same guy was taking care of both hotel. 1st room no lights were working . Called front desk no one picked up. Went back and asked him to change the room. The second room AC wasn’t working. Keep calling the front desk no one picked up. Went to the front desk to change the room for 3rd time. No one was there. Waited half an hour before he cane back. At least 3 more people were waiting for various issues. At last got the 3rd room. The lights and AC was good. But the smoke detector was squeaky all night. Couldn’t sleep at all properly. The whole area was shady. Tons of shady people were roaming around the hotel. Most of the hotel guest looked like they are here for some short of shady business. Bunch of old guys sitting and smoking on their patio. You might mistakenly think it’s an old home. This is the worst hotel I have ever been anywhere in the world. Save your money and pick somewhere else.

Look, you get what you pay for. I really only needed a room for the night...somewhere to sleep. They may be trying to update the place but my room was stained, rusty, and JUST OLD. I don't have pics anymore. I wasn't planning on leaving a review but I found myself here so why not? The room served it's purpose but I wasn't too happy about the dingy room.

The front desk person was extremely professional and courteous. He was very helpful and accommodating. I wish that I remembered his name but Ibwould stay here again because of the great experience we had with him.

The place was horrible. The front desk associate had us waiting about 30mins in the lobby with no associate in sight. I chose them bc I went off by the ratings on Expedia. Don’t go by the ratings it’s all a lie. The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair in the toilet and bathroom. Comforters were stained. Carpet was stained. Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smocking room. The tv did not work. The front desk associate was very kind when we went down to bring this to their attention when we got up. She moved us to another room which was just a tad bit better. The pillow case in that room had make up stains on it. The corner of the room where the tall lamp was located had mildew stained carpet. We slept on top of the covers I’m glad we brought our own blanket. I guess you get what you pay for but dang this place was a dump

The whole area was shady. Tons of shady people were roaming around the hotel. Most of the hotel guest looked like they are here for some short of shady business. Bunch of old guys sitting and smoking on their patio. You might mistakenly think it’s an old home. This is the worst hotel I have ever been anywhere in the world. Save your money and pick somewhere else.

Called to find out the exit number off Hwy 95. They did not know how to give any directions to the location. Check-In was horrible. The man at the front desk was rude and confrontational. The room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom still had evidence from the last person that stayed. Dirty towels under the sink and hair in the bathtub.

Filthy room and was disgusting( sheets, floor and bathroom). Did not feel safe.Tried to put me in a ready occupied room. Walls thin and rowdy kids next door , with no front desk to contact. DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP! Never Again! If there were 0 stars that would be the rating I would give.

Rooms were clean but smelled of smoke. Staff was really friendly. Hotel is a bit hidden behind the Motel 6 and directly behind a Cracker Barrel. No breakfast, but this is expected for the RedRoof Inn chain. Great place for a night stay while on the road.

Awful awful awful. I usually don’t write reviews but I need to this time.Reached a little late in the evening. There were no one working in the hotel. Had to go to the adjacent hotel to check in. Same guy was taking care of both hotel. 1st room no lights were working . Called front desk no one picked up. Went back and asked him to change the room. The second room AC wasn’t working. Keep calling the front desk no one picked up. Went to the front desk to change the room for 3rd time. No one was there. Waited half an hour before he cane back. At least 3 more people were waiting for various issues. At last got the 3rd room. The lights and AC was good. But the smoke detector was squeaky all night. Couldn’t sleep at all properly. I stayed here for two nights on a recent road trip. It served its purpose for a reasonable price in a convenient location. I did not encounter some of the issues expressed by others such as safety concern or bugs. It's right next to 95, but I found it fairly quiet even under those circumstances. It takes a LOT for me to complain - and I didn't feel like making a big deal out of it in this instance - but admittedly I was disappointed to find the room was half-cleaned when I stepped into it. The bed was made, but there were clearly used towels and remnants of orange juice and vodka cups sitting on the desk. I threw away the mess and used the available clean towels, but obviously that's not the point. But overall and beyond that, again the stay was fine.

Bathroom was filthy with dirty floors, walls, and tub/shower. Hand towels were dirty and stained. Metal toilet paper holder and tissue holder were covered with rust. A bunch of transients gathered in the back parking lot whooping and yelling all evening and into the night. I woke to a large dog barking and a policeman pounding on my door looking for a male suspect. The refrigerator did not work properly. The hallway was very poorly lighted. Very scary experience. I will not return.

Nice simple hotel. Cozy, quiet and clean. Looks like they remodeled with new furniture 👍 The Coffee station is available 24/7. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the room. I didn't expect to get such a beautiful room for what I am paying. Everything is clean and fresh.The bed is very comfortable and the location is great. I am close to all the restaurants and shops. I am getting awesome service from Khalid the manager. He goes out of his way to assist you with anything you need. The entire staff is terrific.

The property is not that aesttically pleasing but it serves its purposes. I am not sure if breakfast was available but i wouldn't have known where too look. Room was decent, no frills, no extras.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The pictures online were completely misleading and looked nothing like the actual property. When I arrived, the hotel was run-down, poorly maintained, and not at all what I expected. What concerned me the most was that I did not feel safe. There were several sketchy-looking people hanging around the property, and the overall atmosphere made me so uncomfortable that I decided not to stay there. To make matters worse, the front desk employee was very rude and showed no concern when I explained why I didn’t feel comfortable staying. Even though I chose to leave because I felt unsafe and the hotel was nothing like it was advertised, they refused to give me a refund. She told it was nothing she could do at that point even though I told her I will not stay there for the days I booked it. It was four days and I was hopping I can get at least one or two days refunded. She completely disregarded my request. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The property did not match the online photos, I did not feel safe, the customer service was terrible, and they would not stand behind their booking by offering a refund. I would never stay here or book this hotel again.
