Room was clean staff was great only complaint was some consistent knocking from 12am until 5am and the noise from Evangeline Thruway

The room stunk of cigarette smoke. We requested a non smoking- we were told it was a non-smoking room. The staff was horrible, the front counter person couldn’t find the reservation, he kept yelling in a foreign language, kept pacing to the back of the office then returned to say he couldn’t look further in their system to find the reservation. Overall- terrible.
