Très bel établissement. J'y ai passé trois jours et j'y retournerai. Le parking est très pratique, sous l'hôtel avec accès direct. En 20 min dans l'hypercentre en tram ou métro. Il faisait peut-être un peu trop chaud dans le bar et à la réception.

Great hotel for our trip to Munich. Its a bit out of town but the staff were super helpful with showing us ways to use the local transport network which made getting into Munich really easy and cheap. We drove and there is a large, easy to park in underground garage

Check in problemlos. Zubuchung der Tiefgarage kein Problem, aber wenn diese schon voll ist und für dein Auto kein Platz mehr ist schon unverschämt. Man musste wie in Einkaufszentrum hoffen, dass irgendwann vielleicht jemand rausfährt. Im Hotel kann das aber dauern. Schlechte Organisation. Sehr enttäuschend die Sauberkeit im Zimmer Bad, insbesondere Toilette schmutzig. Dusche lief Wasser nicht ab. Zimmer total verstaubt und umgeputzt. Kennen wir so nicht. Schade!!

Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Dafür ist die Ausstattung gut. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Mit der U-Bahn 5 Minuten zum Marienplatz. U-Bahn ist nur 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Highlight ist die Dachterasse. Aber auch in der Lobby kann man abends wunderbar etwas trinken. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV angebunden. Es gibt keinen Lärm.

I booked the hotel on Black Friday deal but when we arrived I realized that is then 20 euro cheaper per night than what I booked on Expedia. Which was disappointing, I am not sure if this was a fault by Expedia predictions or the hotel information. The lobby was great for working. The room was very very minimal, from size to equipment. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Typisch Motel One, klappt alles. Natürlich kleine Zimmer, aber dies weiß man ja auch vorher schon. Sehr netter Service, egal, ob am Empfang oder beim Frühstück. Weiter so.

Great hotel for our trip to Munich. Its a bit out of town but the staff were super helpful with showing us ways to use the local transport network which made getting into Munich really easy and cheap. We drove and there is a large, easy to park in underground garage

Property was nice. A little to navigate parking and elevators, but very nice inside. Not close to much but that's OK. Very safe. Nice bar

Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht für die Masse ausgerichtet. Eine Theke und lange Schlangen. Ständen alles vergriffen und zu wenig Plätze. Auch fehlen Parkplätze. Ich bin generell oft und gerne bei Motel One. So eine Situation hatte ich noch nie.

Moderne og flott hotell svært sentralt om man reiser i jobb og skal besøke et av firmaene som ligger nært inntil. Mangler arbeidspult på rommet, det trekker litt ned. Flotte og romslige felles oppholdsområder som gjør det fint å sitte der og jobbe. Begrenset utvalg i barmenyen dersom man ønsker seg lunsj - det er langt til nærmeste restaurant.

Located is a business park but convenient to trams that can get you to subway and buses quickly. No restaurant but two bars. Rooftop bar was a great place to hang in the evening. There's outdoor seating near the first floor bar. Desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. Bartender on first floor also was not welcoming or even interested in providing any service. Bartenders in roof top bar were lovely, helpful, friendly with a sense of humor! The Room really needs a refrigerator - esp. for long stays. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was good. Not enough places to store stuff or hang towels. Kept needing to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. Would recommend as a good base to explore Munich using public transportation. Many guests seems to have cars and were able to park right on the streets around the hotel.

Staff were excellent - i had forgotten my phone and the room didnt have an alarm, but the receptionist came to the rescue with a 06:15 knock on the door. Much appreciated!

I was impressed (and I am a hotel hater). Very new, well laid out, popular. Very quiet room, which was the most important thing for me. Breakfast buffet was a good spread. Plenty of choice. Busy at peak time. But it works. Metro is about 10 minutes’ walk away. I’d feel fine about staying here again.
