The outside of the property of beautiful; however, the inside is dated. The shower was absolutely disgusting. We encountered a power outage and the elevators did not work. My last day the elevator was out and we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Just awful!!!

Amazed 1 elevator was out for 3 days which caused long waits; as I was on the 7th floor. It was amazing that with all the great facilities the one topic of everyone’s vacation was the elevator not working and no sense of urgency to get it fixed.

My housekeeper Paulette was so wonderful for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We were welcomed and appreciated the entire time. Thanks for helping us make her 1st trip to Jamaica amazing. She definitely enjoyed the waterpark!

This is my second year in a row that we stay at this all inclusive. Staff is second to none and truly go out of their way to make everything perfect. The restaurants are included and the food is amazing. The swim up bar and staff like Aston and Nicardo are the best. The kids enjoyed the pool, lazy river and slides very much. With that said the hotel needs some serious upgrades. This time there were leaks all over the inside of the property. Water caution signs everywhere. One of the elevators was down all week and made getting down from the seventh floor impossible. I will return if the upgrades and repairs are complete. If not it’s a shame. Thank you.

Delicious food, great entertainment. Property is not too large so easy to get around. Resort is clean. Beach is small but not rocky. Has small waves to enjoy.

Great food (except the jerk hut was more “tourist jerk” than real), great entertainment, lovely pool areas and spa. The Rum Factory restaurant and served Julia deserve a special recognition. Awesome experience there. The main areas are well kept. The rooms are very clean but need some updating. I have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to do so

Staff is very friendly and food is decent for an all-inclusive resort. Property needs to be updated a little. There were areas of the pool/lazy river that were closed and looked very run down. The swim up bar area was not clean. The restaurants are first come first serve so you end up waiting over an hour and a half for them. We made the best of it all though. Loved the jerked chicken and pork. The bars should really have a menu posted so you know what drinks they offer. I saw them on the website though. Good for a family with kids. You really get what you paid for.

Food was very good - room was clean and bed was comfortable! Lazy River was a plus even for us adults! Beer was cold and drinks were great! Room was always cold and cleaned each day which was good! Frig was restocked each day with 2 beers and soft drinks and water! Bathroom was small but nice and clean. They did want 40.00 to add lobster which we did not pay or eat. Go early for supper or just do the buffet which was delicious

We enjoyed ourselves overall. I went with my son who is six and my wife. This is now a Hyatt and not a Hilton, we are resolving that with Expedia separately. All the people that work here were friendly as expected. If you eat a lot of meat, food will be great. For vegetarians there weren’t as many options during the day or night at buffet. Our air conditioning worked well sometime and other times not as good. The properly had a lot of locals with day passes. The rooms are outdated and furniture has a kind of old smell also, could be due to humidity exposure and needs to be upgraded. Cleaning around the pool could be better as spilled drinks weren’t cleaned for days and trash from night before could be seen at the pool. The lazy river is very small and the slides aren’t very kid friendly. There isn’t a water park, having one slide doesn’t make it a water park. We liked the coffee shop a lot. This is all inclusive so food quality to us was just average or eatable. Overall the photos are misleading on Expedia and I would say this hotel needs a lot of work. Sharing an honest review that would have helped us before booking.

The amount of beachfront is more than most other resorts. Jerk hut is one of the best among other resorts. Lazy river with swim up bar is fabulous. Buffet is excellent. Spa and massages are fantastic. Bathrooms are a little small.

The staff were excellent. Everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The food at the buffet was very good.

I typically do not leave such bad reviews, and would take it up with the business instead. In this case, I took my issues up with the business & they are telling me this does not warrant remediation. You can be the judge of that. -The lights went out for 30 minutes causing me to have to discard my breastmilk which my infant relies on. As you can imagine, being in a different country, this was very scary. -There were bugs in my bathroom, multiple times. I have them in videos and pictures which I shared with customer service. -The 2 main restaurants on site were closed on Saturday and Sunday of our visit. -The rooms and grounds of the hotel were very unkept. I have pictures of the chipped headboard in our room. Pictures of holes in the wall in the common areas. All in all, I do not recommend staying here.

My experience regarding my recent stay at your resort, which I booked through Expedia. Firstly, I would like to address an issue we encountered upon arrival. According to the information provided on your website, children under the age of five are accommodated free of charge. However, we were informed that this was not the case, and we had to pay for our three-year-old child at check-in. This discrepancy was quite disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms in our accommodation require significant upgrades. A serious concern arose when my friend discovered mold on the ceiling in their room, necessitating a room change. Regarding dining options, I found the selections at the buffet-style restaurant to be quite limited. While the seaside restaurant did not meet our expectations, we did enjoy the fried calamari and shrimp appetizer. Conversely, the Jamaican restaurant stood out as an excellent dining option, and we appreciated the café offering a variety of pastries, coffee, and ice cream. On a positive note, the pool facilities were enjoyable, and the beach was easily accessible and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed with the feedback process at checkout. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the overall experience, there was no follow-up to understand our concerns, which gave the impression that guest feedback is not a priority. Given these experiences, I regret to say that I will likely not return to this resort in the future, and I canno

The staff were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The hotel itself is looking old and run down. The room smelled like mildew and was dusty. The hotel shows a lot of wear and tear.

My family had a great time at Dreams. Both my 20 and 14 year olds found plenty to do to stay busy and happy. During the evenings and nights, my wife and I hung out while they had their in room screen time or walked around eating ice cream and other junk from the coffee shop. The lazy river and slides were fun for us all. Great entertainment at the pool and during the evenings. Very clean hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The staff was great, but a few here and there that just didn't seem to want to be bothered. I thought that was comical and moved on.Food and drink options were good. Dreams is not a luxurious resort, but it's a great place for families and all ages to enjoy.

The rooms need updating, but the ocean view was beautiful. The food wasn’t the best so that’s why I only gave 3 stars. There was plenty of activities to do throughout the day.

Check in was a very long, long wait. There is no thing as early check in here. My room was ready after 4 Pm. Check in staff plays games with letting you know your room is available. Rooms are clean but dated. Beautiful grounds. Pool area clean and accommodating. Guards everywhere.

My stay was ok. I was disappointed in room with I paid for 180 for upgrade. The room was very run down and dirty also the air conditioning was not working at night.

The staff we're great!!!! From the cleaning staff to front desk, All we're great. Our room was the worst room we've ever stayed in. The toilet burped every time we flushed it, there was no holder for the toilet paper, we had to iron in the bathroom because the iron had a European plug and that type plug was in the bathroom. If someone was in the shower and someone else was using the toilet, there was not room to open the shower door. The space between the bed and dresser was so little, we could not pass at through at the same time. The room was horrible!

The property is very beautiful! Getting transport to and from the airport was very easy as well. Only one complaint, the room I had smelled a little musty.. maybe from the AC being continuously on and dripping. Apart from that particular room, the property is great and the food is great. I would definitely give this hotel another shot!

We loved our stay! Many of the staff members were friendly and accommodating, which made us feel very welcome. Our room, however, was connected to what seemed to be an adjoining family room, and unfortunately, we could hear all of their conversations. This affected the overall quiet and privacy we were hoping for. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

There was no hot water in room 292 during our stay. Had to take cold showers

Our stay at Dreams Resort was a disappointment. The front desk staff provided wrong information about our room tier, and the property itself, including the rooms and facilities, felt dated. Dining options were limited, and housekeeping was inconsistent. ​The aggressive sales pitches were a major issue. We were immediately hit with a timeshare pitch at check-in and constantly hassled throughout our stay. The sales manager was visibly upset and unfriendly after we declined the offer. ​While the bar, wait, and entertainment staff were friendly, the overall experience was subpar and didn't meet our expectations for the cost or the Hyatt affiliation. We will not be returning.

My stay at Dreams was delightful and I highly recommend. The room was spotless and the service was great. Everyone there was polite and welcoming making my stay there comfortable. Although we booked excursions , there was so many things to participate in at the hotel. I really had a great time and can’t wait to go back. The food was good and they even had a coffee shop that served several flavors to indulged in. My trip was definitely a 10 out of 10!

I booked June 4th and when we arrived we learned it had changed management it’s no longer Hilton it’s now Dream. Arrived early 3:30 check in was supposed to be 4pm we didn’t get our room until 6. Without having to deal with staff our stay would have been great. However, the staff are very rude and nonchalant about any issues that you have once you check in. We tried to resolve an issue with front desk and it took us two days. One of the front desk staff actually ignored my mom when she asked her questions. It was such a big back and forth. I would love to come back but the staff would make me reconsider.

We waited almost 2 hours to check in. No one communicated with me on the delay and one of the staff was rude when we did get a room and it wasn't clean. From the pictures on-line to what was seen in person wasn't what was expected. Alot of upgrades need to be made.

Check in was a nightmare. They were completely unorganized and had people waiting 45 minutes to check in. And then once checked in we along with everyone else were told we had to come back for our keys, which took another 30 minutes

I love the attention the staff gives

The only issue I had was the checkin process. It’s extremely slow and difficult. We waited 52 minutes in the line to check in with ONLY 4 people (1family of 4), 2 couples and 1 other person. The front desk staff kept running around like they had no idea what was going on in addition to being short staffed… Also, your 4 pm check in time should be change to accommodate early arrivals. We loved our week at Dreams! So relaxing and an elevated experience among the many options for all inclusive resorts. We enjoyed the resort entertainment and special touches like the authentic jerk, excellent coffee, and many locations available for lounging by a pool or beach. We felt well cared for and in the hands of professionals for the several shuttles we took for off site excursions. The food was surprisingly very good, fresh, and visually appealing as compared to your typical all inclusive fare offering. We especially loved Rum Factory, and the upgrade for dinner at Saw Mill was for sure worth it. We did 9 holes at Cinnamon Hill next door and this was also fantastic. Our only recommendation would be an improvement to the in-room mini bar, which is advertised as an amenity, but did not include liquor. Would loved to have had the signature Appleton in room to cap off the evenings.

Das Hotel ist eine Massenabfertigung mit Schwerpunkt US. Das Essen ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Strand ist winzig, die Poolanlage sehr groß. Zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Wer nur hier Urlaub macht, sieht nichts von der ansonsten fantastischen Insel.

Taxis are expensive to get around town.

It was the right size to provide an interesting diverse experience, but not so big that one had to walk an exorbitant amount to get anywhere.

Great location for doing excursions in Ocho Rios & Negril (both 2 hour drives from Montego Bay). The food was great and every night had different options in the buffet. The entertainment was top-notch and different every night.

Great location. Close to airport. All inclusive so don’t have to worry about much. Check-in process wasn’t too bad but could have been better if more than one person was available at the desk. It took a long time for anyone to answer the phone at guest services. It rang for 5 minutes before someone picked up. That was frustrating but eventually I was able to speak with someone. Food was pretty good. The massage at the spa was incredible. I booked my own excursions but if needed they have a tours desk for assistance. I hope they get the glitch fixed in the system that allows the guests to make reservations for lunch and dinner. It kept saying that I had reached my limit for making reservations for the day when I hadn’t made any at all. It also seemed like the reservations were booked fairly fast. Our only option was the buffet but it was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming so despite a few hiccups it was a great stay.

Great stay, great food, great activities. Everything was clean and staff was kind. Taxis were easily accesible to travel to Strip and anywhere else.

The hotel was about 15 mins from the airport. Armed guards kept the place safe. Staff was very respectful. Food was amazing

Amazing resort. Friendly welcoming staff. The food was spot on and well seasoned unlike other resorts you can tell the buffet ensures true local flavors. The pillows were very soft and comfortable and hotel isnt but 15-20 min from the airport. No complaints wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay. Customer service was great. We loved that the resort not too large and so we could easily walk to different areas of it as needed. Perhaps the best part though was the food, in particular the Jamaican food. We were impressed with the variety of Jamaican dishes available. Everything was delicious and we never ran into any issues with food running out at any of the eating areas (which is usually a common issue we run into when we visit Jamaica)

We stayed at a different resort in Montego Bay 2 years ago with AMAZING food, so we were really looking forward to having really good food again, but that was not the case. There are really only 2 restaurants… and they open at 6:00, but if you are not in line by 5 pm you will not get in. If you get there @ 6 you will have a 2 hour or more wait. The Rum Room, 2 of the 5 of us ate anything… it was terrible. The Seaside Grill is pretty good if you are a person who likes to eat pasta. The buffet is hit or miss. Sometimes the food at dinner was good and then sometimes it was WAAAAY out there type of food. It’s a buffet it should have something for everyone, but not this one. Good luck even getting ranch dressing for your salad. The buffet at breakfast isn’t bad. I only went to the buffet for lunch one time, walked around to see what they had, and walked right back out. The coffee shop has wonderful coffee. Mangoes has good food for lunch. It would be nice if they had more options though. Room service is a joke. you have a pay a delivery fee if you want anything off of it. By the menu, it seems that lot of their food is the better than everywhere else. The pool with the slide is the one with the swim up & lazy river. They play music so loud you can’t even have a conversation with anyone. that pool is in very poor condition. There aren’t enough tubes and there is none regulating it, so people are always fighting over them. RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR OWN. The concierge desk is a JOKE

Stay here 6 nights, was very good stay PROS: Great evening entertainment 10/10, clean rooms and environment, great smelling and AC, small health clinic Cons: for the food choices buffet not many food choices at the buffet and food most times was not warm at all all food was very bland especially paying all inclusive it's not right, drinks were heavily water down. Sometimes I have to get up and look for the servers to get me my drink after almost finishing up half my plate which is not great experience having to break my neck to make eye contact with a server and wave down Saw the nurse my son had a small bruise, The nurse not friendly at all she had a mask on did not introduce herself or interact with us other than ask my son age and proceeded to clean and put ointment, every step I had to ask her what medication she is applying little did she know I am a nurse (RN) here in the US. However I'm thankful I got some ointment n 2 bandages but need better nurse who wants to be there with better patient interaction During the day there isn't really enjoyable entertainment, they have one with music and person with microphone playing trivia by the kids pool area Recommendations:Me paying all inclusive would love to see more food choices and food should be season well ( food was very bland and not flavorful and not warm) Should have more variety of restaurants and more nicer entertainments during day

Not much food options just a few restaurants, and they were closed 2-3 days out 7 days of the week, not teather, casino and just a few nights activities compared to others all inclusive resorts found in Dominican or Mexico.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Dreams Rose Hall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home.
