Dolphin Beach House

What a lovely time away. Great location with a view, and a short walk from the beach. Comfortable accommodation with everything we needed and more for our retreat.

Great family beach holiday home with great facilities and great services nearby (Swansea, Coles Bay, Bicheno and fresh oysters). Extraordinarily beautiful pristine beach with private access. Italian bistro in Swansea, French fine dining in Bicheno and pizza in Coles Bay, plus the high end accommodation at Freycinet Park entrance.

Excellent beach location and the house is comfy and has all the amenities. There were some maintenance issues with overgrown foliage on the property and a bunch of little worm-like insects inside the house though.

The position is stunning.I was disappointed by the internal presentation .Cleansines could be improved .Dead flies on window seals ,very dusty on bookshelves.

Fantastic time as always. Beach access would be nice but given the climate change and sand washing away we were happy to walk the 200 metres to the beach.
